2 Introduction Partners Drilling (Pty) Ltd opened its South African operations in January 2004, The company specializes in surface exploration diamond drilling and secured its first contract with Anglo Platinum for metres in the Rustenburg Area. Partners Drilling South Africa has been involved with some of the country's largest companies such as Anglo Platinum, De Beers Consolidated, AngloGold Ashanti, as well as junior companies such as Keaton Energy and Sable. In 2007 Partners Drilling International was formed, Based in Mauritius with offices in Pointe Noire in the Republic of Congo (Congo Brazzaville), Kigali Rwanda, Gaborone Botswana and is busy establishing an office in Bulawayo Zimbabwe and Namibia. Company founders include René Hochreiter, Gordon Hogan, James Allan and a group of international investors. We have registered companies in Botswana, Mauritius and South Africa and we are currently in the process setting up companies in Namibia and the DRC. We are geared for deployment throughout Southern Africa and have an impressive equipment list

The Company regards people as a primary concern and undertakes to safeguard employees, clients and the public in general from injury and nuisance or risk to health arising from the operations associated with the business. To this end, its Health & Safety Management Programme is based on the active participation of employees at all levels of the organisation. In addition, the Company s Health & Safety Management Programme is aligned with International Best Practice and relevant statutory requirements, including client specifications and instructions pertaining to Health and Safety Management. 4 Environment Policy Partners Drilling is committed to: 1. Managing all issues of environment policy as integral parts of company business and planning. 2. Developing appropriate environment policies and programmes, and monitor their consistent implementation by accountable and adequately resourced personnel. 3. Complying with environment legislation requirements and follow global trends and standards of best practice. 4. Requiring all our operations to be compliant with the environmental management standard of our clients. 5. Fostering awareness of shared responsibility and accountability for the environment among employees through a communication programme which embraces interaction and co-operation with all stakeholders. 6. Co-operating with regulatory agencies, our principals and employee representatives to promote constructive interaction in environmental issues of mutual concern. 7. conserving the use of energy and water, and other natural resources through employing, wherever practical, the principles of reduction, recovery, re-use and recycling. 8. Managing wastes, emissions, dust and the use of potentially harmful substances so as to prevent pollution. 9. Preparing and updating plans for managing environment risk and potential emergencies. 10. Conducting regular environmental audits to evaluate compliance and effectiveness of the environment policy of the company. 11. We recognises that the long-term sustainability of its business is dependent upon good stewardship in the protection of the environment and will: at least comply with all applicable laws, regulations and requirements; conduct activities so that consideration is given to economic, social and environmental values; establish and maintain management systems to identify, monitor and control environmental aspects of its activities; ensure that its employees are aware of this policy and their relevant responsibilities; conduct environmental audits to evaluate the effectiveness of its management systems; communicate and consult with interested and affected parties on environmental aspects of its activities; work to continually improve its environmental performance.

5 OPERATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY LEADERSHIP & COMMITMENT The company embraces visible felt leadership all Managers, Foremen and Supervisors are expected to lead by example by setting the highest personal standards for the achievement the Company s OH&S objectives. Management will pro-actively encourage and promote OH&S awareness and the appropriate behaviours and attitudes necessary to achieve a continually improving OH&S performance and culture among our employees. Strategic objectives are determined by Executive Management. Implementation of strategic goals and objectives is the responsibility of the various Business Unit Managers. Managers must ensure that the OH&S Programme is implemented, monitored, reviewed and maintained within their respective areas of responsibility to ensure that strategic goals and objectives, as set out by EXCO, are met. The various levels of management work together towards achieving zero incidents and especially no repeat incidents. Responsibility for management of OH&S risks rests with relevant site management.

7 Equipment List (Underground Operations) Drilling Equipment Partners Drilling is equipped with a full range of underground core-drills, capable of drilling holes of up to metres in length. Our underground drill fleet includes: 234 KEMPE AND METREEATER PNEUMATIC COREDRILLS 10 HYDRAULIC METREEATERS 14 MAMBA HYDRAULIC DRILLS 10 BOART LONGYEAR LM 90/75 DRILLS. We are equipped to drill well over metres per month with our underground fleet fully operational. Partners Drilling provides experienced people, effective machinery and proven systems to safely and economically retrieve core samples for all mining exploration and drilling projects
