2 Eligibility Norms ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER RISK MANAGEMENT Any Degree with JAIIB / CAIIB Maximum - 55 years Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive / Officer / equivalent cadre, handling Risk Management Department in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) with a total of 20 years experience in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s). As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal policies.

3 DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER / ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER Eligibility Norms AGRICULTURAL BANKING Degree in Agriculture - Preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB Maximum - 55 years Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive / Officer / equivalent cadre, handling Agricultural Banking Business in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) with a total of 20 years experience in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s). As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal policies

4 DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER / ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER COMPANY SECRETARY Eligibility Norms Any Degree with ACS Maximum - 55 years Minimum 5 years of experience as Company Secretary in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) / Corporate organizations with a total of 10 years experience as Officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s).. As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal policies

5 DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER /ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER Eligibility Norms Industrial Relations a) Any Degree b) Law Graduates / Diploma holders in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations preferred Maximum - 55 years Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Industrial Relations, Preferably in a Bank or financial institution with a total of 10 years experience as Officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s).. Conversant with Labour Court / Industrial Tribunal / High Court Proceedings. in attending Conciliation proceedings, Domestic enquiries, statutory compliance and other HR matters. 6 CHIEF MANAGER (Scale IV) - CREDIT Eligibility Criteria Any Degree with JAIIB/CAIIB Maximum - 45 years Minimum 5 years of experience in Officer / equivalent cadre, handling Credit (Corporate / Retail) portfolio in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) with a total of 10 years experience in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s).. As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal policies

7 CHIEF MANAGER (Scale IV) - FOREX Eligibility Criteria Any Degree with JAIIB / CAIIB Maximum - 45 years Minimum 5 years of experience in Officer / equivalent cadre, handling Forex operations in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) with a total of 10 years experience in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s).. As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal policies

8 CHIEF MANAGER (Scale IV) INSPECTION AND AUDIT Eligibility Criteria Any Degree with JAIIB / CAIIB. Preference will be given to those with CA (Final) qualification Maximum - 45 years Minimum 5 years of experience as Officer / equivalent cadre in Inspection and Auditing in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) with a total of 10 years experience in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s).. As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal policies

9 SENIOR MANAGER (Scale III) / MANAGER (Scale II) INSPECTION AND AUDIT Eligibility Criteria Any Degree with JAIIB / CAIIB. Preference will be given to those with CA - Final / Inter qualification. Maximum - 40 years Minimum 3 years of experience as Officer / equivalent cadre in Inspection and Auditing in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) with a total of 5 years experience in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s)..
