The approach you take will depend on your role within service delivery; clients, in-house contractors and contractors all have different objectives once the key service requirements have been met and we examine how these objectives can conflict with one another. This session will examine the wide variety of approaches to managing and analysing costs and value. We will identify the challenges and benefits of approaches drawn from the latest examples of our own and our clients experience. As high unemployment levels continue to increase we also look at the possibilities and advantages of employing apprentices within local communities. C5.
