6 In order for you to understand how you will maximize your profit through ARG, we have provided a basic example for you. Each recruiter, once setup, will have a detailed Recruiter Profit Breakeven Calculator on the online portal. This will enable you to effectively price every deal that you place. It will take into account your specific work location, as well as the specific workers comp code and information. We make this as easy as possible for you! Assumptions: (examples only)

As a green certified business by the GBB (Green Business Bureau), we re also doing our part to sustain the environment. Once you have your master agreement (Recruiter Form) set up, all that you need to do is notify us by completing the below New Assignment Form. Once deals are approved, you will receive a notice which includes the Client Form and Candidate Form to send your client and candidate and then we take it from there. All forms requiring a signature utilize EchoSign, which is the leader in on-demand, 100% webbased, fully digital electronic signature solutions. 17 What does "Employer of Record" mean? As employer of Record, ACS will take care of all Contract Employee paperwork (IRS Forms I9, W4, W2). And will pay all wages and other forms of compensation or reimbursement. ARG will also be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local withholding taxes and unemployment taxes, as well as social security, state disability insurance and all the other payroll charges. ARG will also provide you with free quarterly and annual prepared and financial statements for yours business. Do I need to purchase insurance? ARG will be the Employer of Record responsible for maintaining all related insurance, including workers compensation and general liability. Therefore, you won t need any additional coverage! Of course, it may be wise for you to carry general liability insurance on your own, since it is very inexpensive. ARG can help direct you to our insurance partner who can help if you wish this optional coverage. Since you are using ARG, all you have to worry about is finding the client and candidate and we do the rest! Is ARG a multi-state employer? Yes! ARG is licensed to provide temporary and contract employees in most states! If your state is not yet approved, ARG is already pre-approved for all states and can add any new state within 72 hours! That means, we will be able to handle both your usual in-state needs, as well as any national needs! Can I provide any type of employee classification? No. Insurance carriers are very particular over what risks they will take. ARG can advise on a caseby-case basis, whether or not your position can/will be approved or under/written. Do you provide benefits for the employees? Yes. ARG provides great benefits for all temporary and contact workers. You can view the benefit plan HERE. Upon starting a temp assignment with ARG, your candidate will be advised and will have 30 days to decide if they want to sign up for the benefits. ARG will take care of everything. The plans and add-ons are candidate paid and come out of post tax dollars, which is what 90% of firms provide.

18 How will my contractors/temps get paid? ARG has the most flexible options in the industry! We don t want to dictate how often or on what day they should be paid! Upon the setup of your account you can tell us the frequency of payroll that you wish (i.e., weekly in most cases, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, etc.) Similarly, you can pick the day of the week that they get paid (and thus, of course, the payroll cutoff date). Paychecks can be direct deposited or mailed. Any other rush options are also available at an additional charge. How often will I get paid? ARG should receive remittance for all invoices within 30 days or less. Each week, you will receive your payroll reports, which will show your hours, detailed gross profit and invoice status, etc. Who does the credit & collections? ARG will assist in all credit and collections. We will assign dedicated rep to you who will provide detailed collection assistance. Your rep will be available to you anytime to determine necessary action plans for any troubled accounts. Who is responsible for non-payment of invoices? Unless we agreed otherwise contractually, you are responsible for the payments of your clients. As noted, you will be fronted 85% of your profit each week and the remainder once the client pays. Also, as noted above, ARG will provide Credit assistance, to help determine the credit worthiness of the account prior to getting started. What other funding options are available? Simply put, the more risk you take the greater your return will be. Once your contracting/temp business grows to a certain size, you may wish to optimize your profitability by taking on the risk associated with being Employer of Record. As such, ARG provides every level of funding you need as your business grows. We can provide straight funding (i.e., you become more Employer of Record and you handle the credit, collections and payroll functions). We can provide funding only PLUS back office services (i.e., you become Employer of Record but we Provide credit and collections assistance and also process the payroll and withholdings for you) or any variant of the above! First, choose from one of our 5 Partnership Plans (the Non Branded plan is automatically FREE with one temp out). Next, complete the one time online Recruiter Agreement form to set up your ARG recruiter account. Once received, we will contact you to schedule an onboarding call to make sure you understand the operational procedures for running temps through ARG. Then, for each assignment, you simply fill out the New Assignment Request. ARG will conduct all credit checks on your behalf. Once approved you will be provided links to send to your clients and candidates, which utilize e-signatures. We take it from there!
