3 Trust Housing Association Ltd Job Description POST: Scheduling Assistant LOCATION: Edinburgh Office PURPOSE OF JOB To operate and schedule staff and tasks within a rota management software system. To work within a team of scheduling assistants to provide a service to customers, staff and external agencies. To work with other departments and within the Customer Service Team in ensuring a high quality of service To undertake administrative tasks related to the systems and processes related to Staffing Agency MAIN DUTIES & ACTIVITIES First contact point for customers, staff and external agencies, dealing with telephone and electronic queries from new and existing customers, and from staff. Administration of services including: invoicing, payroll, business date input and update, rota input and update, processing of staff expenses. Support of frontline staff, ensuring clarity on rotas and duties. Deal with emergency and plan covered request Use of appropriate and agreed software and key documents to support customers and staff. Participation in staff meetings/briefings. Participation in training and personal development and supervision. Participation in regular performance meetings. Any other duties and responsibilities in accordance with the scope of the Scheduling Assistant role.
