BRANCH MANAGERS: ref BMJUL11 As a Branch Manager, the job holder will be responsible for leading the overall performance of a Branch, including business development, people management and operational excellence. Lead the business development activity of the branch Ensure a consistently high level of customer service, and achieve Branch Service and Sales targets Manage a team to achieve high performance levels Ensure operational integrity and compliance with local and regional audit recommendations Minimum 3 years experience in team leadership and management Banking experience and/or Diploma/Degree/professional qualifications Knowledge and understanding of compliance, operation standards, audit and risk Effective sales leadership skills Ability to drive change

2 2. EXPERIENCED TELLERS: ref TELLERJUL11 The successful candidate will be required to perform teller duties and process transactions, proactively contact customers and identify leads and referrals. Handle cash and non cash transactions Responsible for cash in teller box and balancing Process vouchers as per audit requirements Verify transactions as per compliance and money laundering procedures Cross selling bank products Good A level results Minimum 1year working experience, as Teller, in a Banking environment Sales oriented person Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills Good initiative and judgment Accuracy and a commitment to getting it right first time

EXPERIENCED FRONTLINE BANK OFFICERS : ref FBOJUL11 This dynamic individual will be required to develop and implement the sales and service initiatives so as to drive service quality and business development. Develop and implement service initiatives across branches to enhance service quality and improve sales. Enhance customer satisfaction and feedback through high standards of customer service Provide service related guidance to all customer facing staff and support the Branch manager on improvements to Service standards Provide coaching and guidance to Service and Sales staff within the branch including responsibility for the retail staff accreditation Assist the Branch Manager in the execution of the branch strategy Skills/ qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in a sales/service/relationship management role Diploma/Degree/professional qualifications In depth understanding of banking products and operational procedures Knowledge and understanding of relevant risk / compliance / audit standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Effective sales leadership skills including coaching and sales activity management Planning and organising skills Analytical, Problem solving and Complaint handling skills

RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS: ref RMJUL11 The job holder will be required to acquire and grow customer relationships to achieve the branch sales and service targets and maximize portfolio profitability. Main Responsibilities: Achievement of portfolio income/cross sell targets To support in the continuous improvement of the Bank s service and sales processes and standards Ensure that business risks are managed and operational procedures are complied with Provide excellent customer service Banking experience and/or Diploma/Degree/professional qualifications Minimum 2 years experience within a customer relationship role Strong selling, Planning and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills, and relationship building

5 5. WEALTH MANAGEMENT OFFICERS: ref WMOJUL11 As a Wealth Management Officer, your main objective will be to develop a portfolio of clients and sell Investment and Insurance products. Main Responsibilities: Management of a portfolio of customers Achieve sales targets within set objectives Prospecting of new customers, and robust sales activity management Provide investment solutions in line with client s investment needs Provide excellent customer service Banking experience and/or Diploma / Degree / Professional qualifications Proven sales skills Experience in the investment environment will be an advantage Planning and organisational skills Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills Be self motivated and able to motivate others Ability to work in a team

6 6. SALES REPRESENTATIVES: ref SREPJUL11 The job holder will integrate the direct sales team and be required to develop new business opportunities. As a sales person the jobholder will be required to help achieve sales targets through proactive selling of the entire bank s products, the provision of excellent customer service and be prepared to undertake outbound prospecting sales activities. Skills/ qualifications: Experience in a front-line sales, service or banking environment will be a definite advantage.
