Through hands-on sessions and on-the job training in a variety of roles and departments, you ll learn the all about our business from the inside and develop a wide range of important industry skills. You ll also be assigned a mentor, offering you guidance and valuable insights into the business, in an everyday, relaxed way. You ll have the chance to demonstrate your strengths and explore your potential, while growing your network of like minded professionals. 17

20 How the program works 01 GROUP INDUCTION LOCAL JOB ROTATION INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENT You ll start by spending 2 weeks in our head office, where you ll get a great overview of the business. You ll meet our Group CEO, get to grips with our products and technology, discover how our operations and customer relationship teams work together and you ll even get a tour of our factory. You ll also attend a session on group economics and be assigned a mentor who will be your professional guide as you start your career with us THE CHANCHE TO APPLY FOR A JUNIOR MANAGEMENT ROLE 20

21 How the program works GROUP INDUCTION LOCAL JOB ROTATION To get a true feel for the business, you ll get the chance to work in a number of roles within it. Over the course of a year, you ll spend 6 months working with our product technology team, 3 months in operations and 3 in customer relations. Alongside regular project-based work, your performance will be evaluated to help learn more about the kind of roles you d be best suited for. 24 So what are we looking for? The world is full of interesting people. And while all personality types are welcome at Prysmian, we do have a few pointers on the kind of people we believe are best-suited to our graduate program. You ll thrive on a challenge, be able to take on-board new information quickly and be able to apply knowledge to a wide range of problems. A fast-thinker, with attention to detail, you won t just have the drive to get things done, but the determination to do things better. Relationships are the backbone of our industry. More than being a people person, you ll need to embrace the spirit of collaboration, with co-workers, suppliers and clients alike. 24

25 So what are we looking for? The ideal candidates Holders of a Bachelor s degree in engineering or business administration or students currently working towards one. Speak fluent English, yet have an international mind-set. Graduates keen to pursue a business management career. Have had an outstanding university career, ideally with experience abroad. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. 25
