If you re hiring a social media manager, you obviously want someone who not only uses social media, but has a personal brand and a positive social voice. Here are some ideas of where to look and what to look for. Look for your candidate on all major social platforms. What are they posting? You can learn a lot about your candidate by looking at their posts, photos, and videos. It s also a good idea to look at their posting frequency.
