5 Requested grant, award ongoing 6 ESF Support to the EU Social Inclusion Process - Thematic study Analysis of the achievements of the ESF in helping to reach the objectives of the EU Social Inclusion process. The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the support of the European Social Fund Programmes to the EU Social Inclusion Process (also referred to as objectives of the OMC in social inclusion). To show the coherence complementarity between the Social Inclusion process the ESF interventions in social inclusion at different levels (objectives, interventions, target groups ) Service contract First quarter Open tender,, 7 ESF impact on the functioning of the labour on the investment in human capital infrastructure - Thematic study Explanation of the role systems structures play at functioning of the labour. 9 Difference: ,00 Appropriations may be used to cover the payment of interest on late payment due to s beneficiaries in accordance with Article 106 of the Implementing Rules of the Financial Regulation, arising from legal commitments concluded on the current line.in addition, late payment interest arising from legal commitments concluded under previous programmes actions in the field of the European Social Fund, for which no earmarked revenues no legal basis exist any more, may be paid by the current line, if the current line is to be considered the closest line. 9
