Our focus is enterprise service management, and we have deep knowledge of and experience in IT service management, IT business management, IT operations management, HR, performance analytics, service portal and customer service management. Overview of role: We're a growing business, headquartered in Australia with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane, and an offshore development teams in Noida and Bangalore, India. We cover the South and North Asia markets through our offices in Singapore and Hong. Enable is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Technical Consultant with strong implementation, administration and support skills with the ServiceNow platform. The Senior Technical Consultant role will work closely with our external clients and internal technology project teams to achieve this outcome within the Agile Methodology.

2 Main responsibilities: The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow installations at various client sites. The main responsibilities of this role are: Implementation, administration and support of the ServiceNow platform Configure Workflow, Application UI and Customise ServiceNow applications, Perform minor and major enhancements requests to a client s ServiceNow instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation content, and modifications to existing workflows Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow Identify system deficiencies, recommend solutions as a trusted advisor to clients Perform ServiceNow upgrade administration assistance to ensure clients leverage of the latest releases of the ServiceNow application ensuring implementation occurs in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to client IT operations Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing and production environments Experience, skills and knowledge: Mandatory Technical member of a ServiceNow project or administration team Technical member of ITSM or ESM SNOW project implementations And/or team member of other PaaS or SaaS project implementations Participation in customer requirements gathering in SNOW projects Participation in scoping the effort and requirements for a SNOW project. Participation in SNOW upgrades Participation in SNOW integration and knowledge of associated Influence and lead SNOW projects and customer stakeholders Consulting to the customer, managing expectations, technical project delivery Proven experience in managing and leading offshore delivery Proven interpersonal skills and influencing skills Led or driven SNOW upgrades and integrations Implemented enterprise service management modules ie HR, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, ITBM ~3-5 year s experience with HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Ajax and other web development and UI tools ~5+ years experience with SNOW platform Professional Competencies IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science ServiceNow CSA ITIL Certified ServiceNow SOLVE Pathway ServiceNow SAIF / SIM Training ServiceNow Technical Best Practices CIS ITSM CIS Another BU such as HR, CSM, Financial Management, Service Mapping SAFe Framework (Agile) SCRUM / Agile / SAIF Framework (ServiceNow)
