Psitin Overview The Prject Cntrls Team Lead is accuntable t the Systems and Standards Manager and is respnsible fr leading the prject cntrls team in alignment with the Sparq system. This includes: Lead the Prject Cntrls team in the effective achievement f peratinal bjectives by prviding clear directin, setting challenging and meaningful gals and behaviural expectatins, actively managing perfrmance and empwering team members t succeed. The prvisin f expert prject cntrls services thrughut the varius phases f a prject life-cycle, t supprt ElectraNet s capital, peratinal and unregulated wrks prgram. Imprving the alignment and efficiency f the Prject Cntrls prcesses as part f the Sparq System.

2 Key Duties/Respnsibilities Technical Leadership Prvisin f specialist technical supprt t the prject cntrls team ther grups within ElectraNet. Fster technical innvatin, acquisitin f expertise and supprting a cntinuus imprvement culture. Prvide in-depth analysis n reprts and recmmendatins t Executive and Senir Managers, n a range f capex prject and maintenance prgram related issues, facilitating effective prgram management based n sund perfrmance infrmatin. Prpse and undertake initiatives that will prgress develpment f business unit prcesses and perfrmance imprvement. Develp, mdify and apply prject cntrls prcesses, prcedures and guidelines within the Sparq system. Cllatin f data and preparatin mnthly key perfrmance indicatr (KPI) data relevant t the perfrmance f the Prject Cntrls team. Undertake ther duties, cmmensurate with skills and classificatin level, as required. Prvide specialist technical leadership, expert advice and peratinal supprt t custmers and clleagues acrss the fllwing areas: Develp prject schedules in alignment with the Sparq system, including the Sparq Wrk Breakdwn Structure (WBS), t prduce an integrated critical path schedule, update as required, analyse and reprt ptential risk areas Develp time-phased prject budgets based n the schedule and resurce inputs Ensure alignment f the WBS between key ElectraNet systems including the Cst Breakdwn Structure (CBS) in ElectraNet s financial tl (SAP) Lead the infrmatin gathering and reprting f prject cst and schedule variance reprts Respnsible fr accurately reflecting the prject schedule, frecast csts and cashflw and status in ElectraNet s planning tl (MS Prject Prfessinal) Develp a Perfrmance Measurement Baseline (PMB) fr prjects with integratin f the schedule timing, resurce frecast & cash flw in accrdance with apprved prject change requests Prvide an integrated baseline review (IBR) fr peer develped prject schedules assessing cmpliance with the Sparq system, the quality f the prject schedule and frecast against the class f schedule and apprve the prject t be baselined within Prject Server Manage the develpment, maintenance and reprting f the Earned Value fr capital prjects Anticipate, identify and plan fr cntingencies and variatins in prjects and infrm the Prject Manager f the implicatins

3 Supprt the capital prject Business Planning cycle by prviding cst and schedule infrmatin as required Analyse data required t supprt prject change requests, such as impact f scpe changes, variance analysis, estimates t cmplete, etc. Assist the cntract administratrs with maintenance-prtfli-wide cmmercial perfrmance analysis; anticipating and advising f future budget cmpliance risks; assisting with the cmpilatin f the annual maintenance budget Prvide supprt t the assessment f tenders, t ensure cntractr schedules are realistic, cnsistent with gd scheduling practices and achievable Participate in prject team meetings and prvide specialist prject cntrls input int scpe alternatives analysis and accurate status updates n the prject prgress Participate in prject audits Lead prject clseut activities including the prject asset capitalisatin Peple Leadership Supprt the Systems and Standards Manager, as required, t deliver key strategic initiatives, including majr prjects and the verall divisinal bjectives. Ensure team clearly understands the rganisatin's purpse and strategy and hw they persnally cntribute.
