Raw materials We provide you with immediate access to familiar and unfamiliar materials, including Twaron, Kevlar, Dyneema, Spectra, Al4C3, SiC and B4C. Pre-treatment and after-treatment Our production process includes washing for absolutely clean fibres, impregnation and coating of fibres, weaves and laminates, and this guarantees the highest possible quality. Zero tolerance Since our products are intended to save lives, there is no margin for error in the design and production of your vest. Consequently, we carry out an expanded test programme at our own test shooting range and in-house laboratory. Our vests are ergonomically designed to suit all body types and activities. In partnership with users, we have identified several parameters which affect comfort level during long working hours. In extreme situations - up to 24 hours - our test group has been wearing prototypes to assess the Freedom vest. We have discovered the importance of distributing the weight over the whole body and not concentrating it on the shoulders.
