2 Team Short Bios (1/3) Robbie Schachter is a Partner in the Technology Advisory practice at PwC. He has over 16 years of experience advising clients in the fields of Technology Strategy, IT Transformation, Post-Merger Integration and IT Sourcing. Robbie s experience spans various industries and client segments, including public sector, health, pensions, retail, telecom, financial services, entertainment and mining. He has worked with clients in Canada, the United States, and across Europe. Robbie Schachter Engagement Partner Robbie is a business strategist who is innovative and results driven. He has a keen ability to clearly define a problem and synthesize data to drive fact-based insights and develop clear and thoughtful recommendations. Robbie has a proven track record of successfully planning, developing and implementing strategic business and technology solutions. He is known for his ability to think strategically, drive outstanding performance and exceed client expectations. Domenic Belmonte Quality Assurance Partner Domenic is a Partner in Canada s PwC s Consulting practice, and leader of our Canadian Education Advisory Practice and PwC s Global Education Network. He has worked in the public sector for over 25 years in Canada and globally, both as a consultant and public servant, and is recognized for his expertise in government operations and service delivery, strategy, governance and organizational development. He specializes in complex, enterprise transformation programs that include the implementation of large scale program, technical and organizational change in public sector organizations. His work in the education sector spans School Boards, Colleges and Universities and has covered strategy, institutional administration/operational improvements, enhancing the effectiveness of Provost Office /VP Academic functions, student services and overall system improvements. In addition to his consulting work, Domenic was also a policy advisor to the Ontario Minister of Education. 2

3 Team Short Bios (2/3) Stewart McKendry is a Director in the Technology Advisory practice at PwC. He has over 10 years of experience advising clients in the fields of Technology Strategy, IT Transformation, IT Governance and Portfolio Management and IT Sourcing. Stewart has worked with clients in a range of industries, with a particular focus on public sector organizations across Canada at the municipal, provincial and federal level. Stewart McKendry Project Lead Stewart brings a results-oriented and collaborative approach to help clients realize the full value of their IT investments. He is known for his ability to break down complex problems, bring a methodic yet focused approach, offer strategic solutions, and engage stakeholders in an impactful way to buy in to the end product. Stewart has a proven track record to delivering meaningful results for clients undergoing change to improve customer service, drive efficiencies or increase quality. Gaurav Saluja Project Manager Gaurav Saluja is a Manager in PwC s s Technology Advisory Practice. He is a seasoned management consultant with over ten years of experience serving several public and private sector clients, mostly focused on IT assessments, technology strategy, digital strategy, business process optimization, and enterprise application architecture projects. Gaurav has extensive experience managing complex teams, leading interviews and workshops, performing current and future state assessments, developing future roadmaps, and conducting project management activities. 3

4 Team Short Bios (3/3) Tristan Ganry Technology Analyst Tristan Ganry is a Senior Associate in PwC s Technology Advisory Practice. Tristan has an MBA from Fuqua, Duke Business School. He has over 8 years of operations and consulting experience internationally (5 countries) across different industries where he led finance operations, current and future state assessments, total cost of ownership, business case analysis and IT projects with cross-functional teams. His primary area of expertise is in leading strategy with a focus in financial modeling, data analytics and reporting while improving data quality and processes using strong excel and programing skills. Tristan has experience performing current state IT financial analysis and developing financial models to enable future state scenario analysis. He also has experience building business cases for IT and delivering IT benchmarks. Nadya is an Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Practice. She is a versatile, performance-driven professional with 2 years experience working in the public sector. Her expertise includes cloud computing, application rationalization, strategic planning, shared services, and human resource management. Nadya Bakker Technology Analyst She has worked with executives, various business clients, and IT professionals from a variety of areas such as Risk Management, Procurement, Financial Planning, Information Technology, Legal, Information Management, and Project Management. Nadya also has experience interacting with leading market research organizations and industry leading practices, as well as working knowledge and experience in Business Analysis and IT leading practice frameworks and standards that will help conduct an effective IT assessment of the University. 4
