3 Applicant Name List This report shows the Name, Applicant Number, Application Date, Overall Status, and Status Date of all applicants who meet the criteria you choose. This report is useful when trying to identify the names of applicants in your system within certain criteria. 3

4 Applicant Phone and List This report lists the Home Phone, Work Phone, Work Extension, and addresses of all applicants who meet the criteria you specify. 4

5 Applicant Notes This report shows all of the Applicant Notes entered for every applicant who meets the criteria you specify.

6 Applicants by Current Status This report displays the Name, Application Date, Overall Status, Referral Source, and Position Desired of the applicants that meet the criteria you specify. This report groups applicants by Overall Statuses such as New Applicant, No Match, Offer Extended, etc. Applicants with no Overall Status show at the top. 6

7 Applicants by Referral Source This report displays the Name, Application Date, Overall Status, Referral Source, and Position Desired for the applicants that meet the criteria you specify. These report groups applicants by Referral Source in order to help you identify which sources such as HotJobs, Monster, Newspaper Ads, etc. were most effective in the recruiting process. Applicants with no Referral Source show at the top. 7

8 Applicants by Position Desired This report displays the Name, Application Date, Overall Status, Referral Source, and Position Desired for the applicants that meet the criteria you specify. This report groups them by Position Desired i.e. Clerical, Technical, Executive, etc. Applicants with no Position Desired show at the top. This report does NOT consider the requisitions that an applicant is attached to, only the Position Desired field on an applicant's Application page. 8

9 Applicant Skills This report lists all of the applicants who meet the criteria you specify. It lists all of the skills and years experience each applicant possesses. 9

10 Applicants by Skill This report lists all of the skills you choose. It allows you to see the applicants who have each skill, and their years of experience. 10

11 Applicant History This report shows all of the Applicant History recorded for every applicant who meets the criteria you specify. 11

12 Applicant Rankings by Applicant This report shows all of the Applicant Rankings that have been recorded for every applicant who meets the criteria you specify. It groups by applicant name and lists the ranking that each user gave him/her underneath. 12

13 Applicant Rankings by User This report shows all of the Applicant Rankings that have been recorded for every applicant who meets the criteria you specify. It groups by each user and lists each applicant's name and ranking underneath. An applicant with no rankings at all will NOT display on this report. 13

14 Applicant Routings This report shows all of the Applicant Routings recorded for every applicant who meets the criteria you specify. 14

15 Applicant Rankings by Hiring Manager This report shows all of the Applicant Routings recorded for every applicant who meets the criteria you specify. It is grouped by Routing Recipient so you can see all of a Hiring Manager's/Recruiter's routings grouped together. 1

16 Applicant Routings by Requisition This report is grouped by the Requisition associated with each routing so you can see all of the routings that have taken place for one or more requisitions. Routings that were created without association to a requisition display at the top of the report. 16

17 Applicant Routings without Responses by Date This report shows all of the routings between the date ranges you specify that do NOT have a Response Date entered for them. This report is sorted by Routing Date in descending order. 17

18 Applicant Routings without Responses by Routing Receipt This report shows all of the routings between the date ranges you specify that do NOT have a Response Date entered for them. This report is sorted by the Routing Recipient first then the Routing Date in descending order. Those who have not responded to a routings are listed at the top 18

19 Applicant New Hire Report This report lists all of the applicants who are attached to requisitions and have a status of HIRED for that requisition (NOT necessarily the overall status). It pulls all applicants with a status of HIRED and a Status Date between the date ranges specified. 19

20 Affirmative Action Applicant List In this report you will see every applicant with voluntary data within the range that you specify as well as how you defined them as an applicant. In this case applicants are defined as All applicants with at least one requisition attached to them and an Assign Date within the given range. 20

21 Affirmative Action Totals Grid In this report you will see a grid of Applicant s Ethnic Origins and their Gender s. As well as a total of each Ethnic Origin and what percentage of all ethnicities in your system each race represents. 21

22 Affirmative Action Report by Requisition This report is a grid of Requisitions that reflects Applicant s Gender, Referral Source, Dispositions and Ethnic Origin. 22

23 Veterans Status Report This report is a list of Applicant s (as defined by you) Veteran Status. 23

24 Veterans Status Report By Requisition This report is of Veteran Status by Requisition within a specified date range. You can also filter by Organizational Levels, Recruiters and Requisition Status. 24

27 Requisition List This report shows the Code, Description, Status, Open Date, Recruiter, and Supervisor of all requisitions that meet the criteria you choose. 27

28 Requisition Activity Summary This report lists the Code, Description, Open Date, and Recruiter of all requisitions that meet the criteria you specify along with the total number of applicants attached to the req, routings, invites, and offers associated with the req, and the person hired for the req. Applicants who met with multiple interviewers regarding the same requisition are only counted once. 28

29 Requisition Activity Summary by Recruiter This report lists the Code, Description, Open Date, and Recruiter of all requisitions that meet the criteria you specify. along with the total number of applicants attached to the req, routings, invites, and offers associated with the req, and the person hired for the req.
