6 Our Speakers Jim Heeger Jim Heeger, MBA, is the CEO and President of PayCycle, Inc. the leader in on-demand payroll for accounting professionals that serve small business clients. His vision is to see every accounting professional using software-as-a-service technology to make client payroll easy, efficient and profitable. Jim s background includes more than 20 years of leadership experience in the technology, financial, and payroll industries. He is the former senior vice president of Adobe System s creative professional business unit and CFO, senior vice president, and general manager of Intuit s Small Business division. Jim is an active speaker on web-based and on-demand payroll solutions, sharing how this type of technology can benefit the small business market. He has spoken recently in such venues as the 2006 Warrillow Summit. Karen White Karen White, MBA, is the Vice President of Product Management for PayCycle, the leader in on-demand payroll for accounting professionals that serve small business clients. As one of the company s first employees, Karen developed an operations and support organization that consistently receives the highest ratings possible in customer satisfaction surveys. She now brings this deep customer understanding to the Product Management and Regulatory efforts for PayCycle. Prior to joining PayCycle, Karen served in several senior roles for Portola Packaging, Inc., a leading supplier to the dairy and beverage industry. As the Director of Sales Administration, she managed sales operations for several national accounts. She also spearheaded numerous process improvement efforts, resulting in increased sales and productivity. Karen has shared her expertise in payroll compliance and technology solutions with accounting conference attendees including those at the California Society Technology Conference.

7 Anu Sanghvi Anu Sanghvi, MBA, is the marketing director of the accountant program at PayCycle, the leader in on-demand payroll for accounting professionals that serve small business clients. By leveraging her extensive marketing and payroll background, Anu ensures that accounting professionals have access to PayCycle s best-of-breed solutions, as well as a wide array of practice development resources to help build profitable practices. Anu has spent nearly ten years successfully marketing small business payroll solutions. Prior to joining PayCycle, she held several product management positions at Intuit, where she specialized in developing and launching payroll programs for Quicken and QuickBooks users. Anu has written several articles for various state and national CPA publications on sales and marketing topics and regularly conducts live web seminars to help professionals develop effective marketing and pricing strategies. She has directed training for IRS professionals and spoken at state society tradeshows and for the AICPA, including at the AICPA Technology. Kristina Korabiak Kristina Korabiak, CPP, is a payroll compliance product manager at PayCycle, the leader in on-demand payroll for accounting professionals that serve small business clients. Kristina ensures her clients payroll taxes are in compliance with regulations by managing critical regulatory resources and procedures. She works with federal, state, and local tax jurisdictions to expand and enhance payroll product features, especially in the area of electronic payments and filing and is adept at educating others about how this service can benefit their practices. Before joining PayCycle, Kristina served more than 20 years at Bank of America Business Services and Automatic Data Processing (ADP) managing national client accounts in all aspects of payroll processing, tax administration, HR, and accounting systems. Kristina represents PayCycle in several industry organizations, including the National Payroll Reporting Consortium (NPRC) and the Internal Revenue Service Reporting Agent Forum (RAF).
