4 2. Logging in 01 Vendor Log In a. Log in with your Username ( address) and Password. b. The system will prompt you to reset your password on first log in and click the Save button. 4

5 3.Requisition Grid 02 Requisition Management Grid From here you will be able to navigate and view all of the requisitions (Job Orders) that have been released that you have permission to see. a. Main navigation bar can be expanded by clicking here b. You can set the page size of the grid and scroll through the pages by selecting these tools (note: by clicking the save button your settings will be set for the next time you login). 5

6 4. Grid Navigation a. Each column within the grid can be sorted top-2-bottom or bottom-2-top by clicking the up and down arrows b. Each column within the grid can be searched to filter the results. If you hit save after a search you will have to clear filters. a. Q & A where a vendor can ask a question on the Req b. Favorites by clicking the yellow star, this will highlight the requisition so you can sort by your favorites c. Active Submissions the green checkmark denotes that the requisition is currently accepting candidate submittals, a red X denotes that the requisition is NOT accepting candidate submittals d. Proactive the blue P lets the suppliers know that this is a proactive requisition. (note: this will create a notification) e. High Priority the red exclamation denotes a high priority requisition (note: this will create a notification) 6

7 5. Personal Grid Setup Adding or removing items to your Personal Grid View a. You can edit the Requisition Grid View by clicking the Columns button. b. Here you can select what columns are shown in the grid Note: please refer to the glossary at the start of the guide. a. All changes to the grid setup can be saved here You can also customize the Candidate Submission List Grid the same way 7

8 6. Viewing a Requisition a. By selecting a requisition in the grid (background turns blue), you can view the details by clicking the view button in the bottom right corner. ( Or you can click the hyperlinked information and the Req will popup as well. ) b. By selecting a requisition in the grid (background turns blue), this will show both Coverage Summary, as well as detailed information about the candidates that have been submitted by the supplier. 8 *Coverage Summary- Shows you what other Vendor Companies rate submissions have been. This is a great feature to help you be competitive with your rates.

9 7. Q & A Vendors can now ask question on a Requisition prior to submitting a candidate. Click on the? To ask or view questions on that Req.?? No questions have been asked Questions have been asked and waiting a response from the client? Questions have been asked they have responses ADD A QUESTION Once you click the? A new window will appear. Here you can ask and view previous questions. Type your question in the Detailed Questions Box & Click Submit to Req Owner. You will receive an when your question has been answered. 9 You can view previous? below

10 8. Vendor Adding a Candidate 01 Highlight the Req that you are interested in Submitting to, Click the Submit button. 02 Click the Green Plus Symbol a. Your candidate List will Appear b. If your candidate is not in your list, please Create a new Candidate Record & Profile. You will NOT be able to submit a candidate without both a Candidate Record & Profile. Click the + to add your candidate. 10

11 8. Vendor Adding a Candidate From the Candidate Screen There is a new button Parse Resume Parse Resume, Click on Parse Resume, Upload Candidate Resume. Complete the Candidate Information screen, click the SAVE button. A green pop-up appears Successful. And Asks if you would like to continue adding the candidate, click Yes. 03 Create the Profile and Save. *Once the candidate record has been created go to the Requisitions Management screen to submit the candidate. 11

12 9. Vendor Submitting a Candidate First create your Candidate Record and Candidate Profile. Vendor can submit candidate while viewing the requisition de-tails by clicking on the CANDIDATE icon OR submit the candidate directly from the requisition list by clicking on the requisition line and then clicking on the submit button. Click on the submit button. Select from the list of previously created candidates OR create a new candidate record Click the Submit Button Highlight the Requisition that you would like to submit to. STEP 1 Choose a created candidate OR create a new candidate Highlight Candidate from Grid 1. Select from the Candidate List: Click on candidate line, scroll down to select desired profile. Choose Desired Profile 12 STEP 2 Add Submittal Details If resume was already uploaded when the candidate was created no need to upload resume again. If resume was not previously uploaded, upload now along with Compliance Form, if required. Vendor can enter submission notes if desired and enter candidate pay rate (amount paid to supplier). Screen shows requisition projected start/end date. Click the SAVE button. Pop-up note appears Candidate Submitted Successfully

Candidate Status Vendor notifications for Candidate Status Changes * These are samples, they may vary across different clients Candidate Rejected If a candidate is rejected, Vendor will receive an notification for Candidate Status Change and reason for rejection Client Submittal Candidate has been submitted to ilabor360 client End-Client Submittal Candidate has been submitted to the end-client Pending Interview Candidate may be scheduled for an interview (Client) Accepted Candidate Candidate has been accepted by the Client for the requisition (Vendor) Accepted Candidate Vendor has accepted offer on behalf of candidate Candidate Submission Status Flow: Submitted Vendor submitted the candidate to a requisition Rejected Client rejected candidate for technical/non-technical reason Submitted to Client Candidate may be considered for the requisition position Internal Submittal Candidate is ready to be submitted to end-client External Submittal Candidate has been submitted to end-client Interview Candidate may be scheduled for interview with end client Offer Candidate has been accepted by Client for the requisition position Placed Vendor has accepted offer on behalf of candidate *Clients may have additional statuses that are not covered by the above. 13

14 11. Adding a Comment One of the most powerful tools in ilabor360 is the Add a Comments feature. This allows the Client and the Vendors to communicate regarding a Candidate that has been submitted to a Requisition Make Sure you can see the comments icon in your Grid Click Save to save the comments icon in the grid. 02 If you cannot click on the Columns button 03 Click on the Comments Box STEP 1 ADD A COMMENT 01 Click on the Comments Icon. 02 Add your comments in the popup at the bottom regarding the candidate and Click Save. You will receive an every time a comment is added. 14

15 12. Candidate Status Count a. From the bottom of the main requisition page, the candidate status counts can be viewed, selecting the hyperlink will take you to the search page showing the results for the status selected. 15

16 13. Search Function a. The search page (from the main navigation bar on the left) can be further used to drill down into any Requisition or Candidate Submission or Candidate record. Any combination of search criteria can be used in the search fields. 16

17 14. Alerts a. For all activities that happen within ilabor360, an alert is created in the Requisition dashboard. Clicking the hyperlink will take you straight to the record. b. The different alert icons will help you see if the alert is for a candidate record or a requisition record. c. You can clear alerts by selecting the x. 17
