TP Employees Adjustment It is now possible to see inactive history post without choosing it every time an employee card is opening. It is a Global setting under Master data -> User control TP Changed employees Error corrected When approving new employee, the employee didn't disappear from the approving list but remained with status Changed. A AutoPlan Error corrected Hours in planning can always exceed personal week norm no matter whether the exceed period max for part time employees and exceeds week and period norm for hourly employees. These settings now only affect personal period norm. No matter how settings are set it should never be possible to exceed agreement max week/max period and cause red counters. If the work time has been approved from terminal functions (either approved as Terminal or as Manual and Terminal functions was chosen), the terminal notes are also visible when viewing the work time in Planning. 8 A Imports Adjustment As a HR controller I will get errors when trying to import employees that are related to inactive departments in TimePlan, so these employees do not end up in incorrect departments. A Exports Error corrected Wage basis exports now includes field Project unit number for wage addition with assigned project units. A PH and Flex time Error corrected When moving department, SH-reduction hours could get deleted or left in the old department. A Statistics Error corrected Absence was in some special cases not included in wage calculation for statistics. A Time registration Error corrected Pause is not subtracted twice for worktimes with break enter as job function. A Planning Error corrected Editing absence could in some cases result in an error.
