4 Submission of Unit D/ID There is a two stage process to submission 1. Complete the Astutis on line registration form in good time You can t submit without this 2. Complete the Unit D/ID assignment with Unit D/ID assignment log and submit Unit D/ID to NEBOSH by the submission deadline You can t submit without this 4

Was the policy written in consultation with the workforce? Has the policy been signed and dated by the person at the top of the organisation? Do the actions of the organisation and its workers mirror the statements you have made? 20

Does the policy include a commitment to prevention of injury and ill health and continual improvement in OH&S management and OH&S performance? Does the policy include a commitment to at least comply with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which the organisation subscribes that relate to its OH&S hazards?
