2 ABOUT NRG-SHE WHO SHOULD ATTEND Persatuan Pengamal Keselamatan & Kesihatan Pekerjaan Wilayah Utara, known as NRG-SHE is a dynamic NGO made up of a diverse mix of more than 500 OSH professionals and practitioners in Malaysia. Officially established on September 1 st 2009, NRG-SHE has emerged as a much sought after partner in OSH programs implementation, specifically in the Northern Region. With a mission to consolidate ideas and efforts among OSH community in advancing their knowledge and attributes in the challenging working environment, we are increasing the intensity and coverage of OSH Programs - all is done to benefit our members and other stakeholders, including DOSH, SOCSO, the industry, the academics and the working communities. To know more about us, visit AIMS This TWO (2) days interactive & information-packed workshop is not to be missed. It is designed to enhance the knowledge of the participants in driving improvement in OSH performance industry. This workshop intended to expose the participants to the application of this guidelines in the workplaces. On Day 1, the focus will on understanding of this guidelines in general. On the other hand, on Day 2, practical session on application of this guidelines will be held. 7 OUR FACILITATOR Mr. Mohd. Asyraf Bin Che Doi Mr. Mohd. Asyraf Bin Che Doi held a Master of Phylosophy (MPhil) degree in Ergonomics from University of Nottingham and B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from University of Missouri. Currently, he is a Lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Perlis teaching Industrial Ergonomics & Product Ergonomics (undergraduate) and Ergonomics & OSH in Industries (post-graduate). He had involved with the development of this guidelines (Guidelines on Ergonomics Risk at Workplace 2017) since the beginnings and involved in giving training to DOSH personnel's on this guidelines. Besides some publications, he also had given ergonomics trainings and consultations to industries. Currently he is also the Editor-in-Chief for Malaysian Journal of Ergonomics.
