2 Grade Level: Financial Authority / budget: Responsible for the AP budget Purpose of the position: Responsible for providing operational and administrative oversight and management to the AP including resources and internal stakeholders (staff) as well as engagement with AP support structures both within and outside the AP, for the overall performance of the AP. Provide full technical support and oversight in the planning, execution and monitoring of the Economic development and food security technical Program within the identified AP, with a focus on improved access to Economic development and food security practices. The position is responsible for profiling World Vision Lesotho in all relevant sector networks and technical working groups at AP level. The incumbent is the primary technical contact for the Organization in matters relating to the Economic development and food security Program at AP level. Lead, Manage and facilitate the participation of all stakeholders in the AP in collaboration with other TPs coordinators, SACD Coordinators, communities, and children in the execution of the AP Plan, while building within them the culture of learning and responsibility for project's sustainability. Major Responsibilities: Weight Program Management and Reporting

3 Provide operational and administrative oversight and management to the AP, performance and reporting. Coordinate a collaborative design process in conjunction with relevant internal and external stakeholders at AP and district level. Support Technical Programme design and participate in AP planning, implementation and monitoring. Participate in the drafting and implementation of DIPs within and outside the AP, to ensure timely and successful implementation of projects. Facilitate the AP Economic development and food security activities in furtherance of the National office strategy, while ensuring enforcement of sector standards (in line with Global,and Regional Standards)to be adhered to by implementing staff and partners. Ensure utilization of the relevant tools, models and protocols to aid in program implementation across all the sectors within the AP. Produce consolidated annual/semi-annual/monthly AP as well as the Technical Program (TP) across the 2 APs. Work with the Regional Manager, DM&E and other Technical Coordinators, in the implementation of the technical. Manage APs budget and ensure adherence to operational budgetary limits. Conduct continuous monitoring to ensure planned activities across the programme are implemented as per the budget, time and at recommended industry standards. 4 Support the TP Manager and grants team in the resource mobilization for the expansion and diversification of the economic and food security funding and programming. Provide support on integrated implementation, monitoring and reporting of grants projects and PNSs within the AP. Networking, Liaison and Advocacy Take a lead in establishing and sustaining effective strategic partnerships, networks, engagement, and liaison with key Stakeholders/Partners (existing and potential) at District and Community level in furthering the business of WV, in an effort to profile the organizations work, through the AP with more emphasis on advancing the economic development and food security program across the two APs. Support the Sponsorship, Advocacy and Justice for Children Manager, Child Protection Coordinator and Christian Commitment Coordinator to advocate and mobilize stakeholders for the enactment or repeal/review of policies, necessary for improved access to Economic Development and food security Practices. People Management and Capacity Building; Provide administrative oversight and supervision to the AP team on all accountability issues, including behavior, performance, and stewardship. Maintain a healthy, motivated, committed and effective AP team, underscored by sustainable good relationships, transparent and effective conflict management mechanisms, smooth communication flow and a team spirit. Provide continuous coaching, mentoring and capacity building to Communities and other relevant stakeholdersin the Economic Development and food security Program. Support in the construction and review of Performance Agreements and Annual Appraisals for

5 AP staff. Ensure ongoing staff capacity building Learning and Innovation Generate, document, and disseminate lessons learned and good practices from the implementation of Economic Development and food security Program within the APs for program effectiveness. Responsible for creating innovative ideas and solutions in advancing the business objectives of the AP. 35% 10%

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training: Minimum Qualification and experience required: Degree in agriculture, food security, economic development or other related fieldwith 5 years International Non Governmental Organization work experience. Preferred: A minimum of three years proven experience and skill in management of Livelihood and Resilience projects design and implementation. Leadership and Team Work abilities. Project Management and design experience, as well as project implementation and monitoring & evaluation Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, demonstrated leadership and good management ability English communication skills (oral and written) Strong detail orientation and negotiation skills Computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
