The SH Build team are completely committed to delivering quality projects on time, and to establishing lasting relationships based on performance, mutual respect and trust. At SH Build, they provide their customers with an analytical approach to project management and construction delivery by fixing issues before they become a problem. SH Build is committed to developing the NT through sourcing local employment, supply and subcontractors and has an unwavering commitment to engaging and upskilling Indigenous Australians. 3 > OUR PEOPLE WE INVEST IN OUR TEAM TO INVEST IN OUR COMPANY! SH Build has built a strong team that is focused on outstanding customer service and contract delivery. Scott Hammet, Director, has almost 20 years industry experience coupled with over 15 years remote NT experience and leads a team of young and dynamic builders, labourers and civil operators. Alongside his General Manager, Bec Hammet, they have established a footprint throughout Darwin and remote regions. SH Build employs over 30 permanent staff with an equivalent number of subcontractors at any one time. They have established a team committed to continual improvement and where each member plays an integral part in the companies success. Training is a big focus at SH Build and the team are upskilled to ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements. Training is also provided to meet the personal development of each employee, giving them the opportunity to move up into senior positions within the company.

4 > OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM SCOTT HAMMET With almost 20 years industry experience coupled with 10 years NT Remote experience, Scott Hammet has situated himself in a competitive, challenging market and has proved time and time again he is an industry leader. Scott has an outstanding eye for detail, knowledge of what is achievable onsite and unmatched quality standards and is constantly exceeding his customers expectations. BEC HAMMET With backgrounds in Marketing and Administration and qualifications in Project Management and Safety, Bec brings to the team over 20 years experience. She is a strong leader that provides unwavering support to customers, clients and staff. Attention to detail is her thing along with an unparalleled work ethic making Bec a force to be reckoned with. BEN THOMPSON From small town beginnings Ben has quickly worked his way from Carpenter to Supervisor to Operations Manager due to his knowledge of the industry and exceptional eye for detail. He is all about continual improvement and is currently undertaking a Cert IV in Project Management. His quality standards are un-faultering, along with his dedication and support to onsite workers, he is absolutely an asset to have in the SH Build corner. MICHELLE UPTON Michelle comes from a strong Bookkeeping and Project Management background and brings to the team over 25 years experience in small, medium and large size business environments. Michelle is determined to exceed everyone s expectations by meeting deadlines and having a systematic approach to all financial functions. Michelle is an unflappable leader and defines excellence.

5 > OUR ONSITE TEAM BRENDON RICHARDSON Brendan is the youngest Supervisor in the SH Build Management team and brings a refreshing outlook to all onsite activities. Brendan has both carpentry and civil qualifications and is committed to training and mentoring local Indigenous workers. His skills are second to none and has extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction areas across a wide variety of construction projects. Brendon was WA s Apprentice of the Year in WES BUCCI Wes has a wealth of knowledge across a range of industries and most recently the construction Industry. He completed a mature age apprenticeship after running a successful Body Corporate Management Business for over 10 years and has joined the SH Build team looking for an ew challenge working in remote locations. He is a natural born leader and runs a very tight ship onsite, ensuring all work is completed safely and to stringent quality standards. DAN HANLEY Dan the man is one of SH Build s most skilled Carpenters and has knowledge of his trade well beyond his years. He is a natural born leader and builds strong relationships with all Project Stakeholders. He has recently stepped up to a Supervisory role and is taking it all in his stride. He has an eye for detail and takes his time to ensure his and his teams workmanship is done right the first time. PHIL SAGE SH Builds most experienced kid on the block has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is well known for his no nonsense attitude and want to get on with the job. He is a born leader with quality standards that are second to none and has the ability to lead his team of tradies to greatness. He has a work ethic and want to succeed that drives his team to get in and get the job done. BLAKE NORRIS Norrie as his work mates call him is the new kid on the community block. Blake completed his apprenticeship in Victoria and has recently moved to Darwin to establish himself within the NT Building Industry. Blake is extremely skilled and efficient and is always looking for innovative ways of working. He works well training local Indigenous workers and apprentices, and has become a role model and mentor within the team.

8 > OUR CAPACITY Over the years SH Build has focused on building their capacity to be able to take on bigger contracts and has worked on continually improving their systems of work. A fleet of operational, transport and civil assets has been acquired to ensure better efficiencies, quality of work, safety and overall job performance. This enables SH Build to mobilise to site with ease and meet tight timeframes. Examples of plant includes: Body Trucks Trailers and Dollys Tip Trucks Small Trucks Manitou Excavator with attachments Skids Steers with attachments Forklifts 4WD remote spec vehicles The SH Build team has been carefully selected to cover all aspects of the business to ensure there is skilled and competent team members to take on Projects up to $10M.

The Department and the contractor enjoyed a good relationship on this project. The Department would not hesitate to award other projects of this nature and size to this contractor. The SH Build team has an outstanding reputation for Indigenous Employment and engagement which can be seen through completed contract statistics. 11 > OUR SYSTEMS SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT SH Build mandates safety and the preservation of our environment across all sites. We have a system that continues to evolve in accordance with legislation and good practices. We are proud of providing a workplace that is safe, organised and allows our workers to go home to their families. QUALITY SH Build's quality standards are extremely stringent and we pride ourselves on consistent performance achieving limited to no call backs, rework or defects. We have a regimented quality system that ensures effective and efficient processes of work with quality outcomes. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION SH Build's head office team operates from Humpty Doo and consists of qualified and skilled finance, administration, operational and project management staff allowing for exceptional contract administration. We manage our contracts through effective quality assurance processes and outstanding administration systems.

12 > OUR COMMUNITY SH Build has a proven record in providing employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians and is committed to providing growth and development opportunities through employment, training, support and mentoring. We engage Indigenous Australians in all areas of the business through employee, subcontract and supply relationships. In 2015/2016 financial year SH Build's Indigenous workforce exceeded 45% and we endeavour to exceed this in years to come. We have established lasting relationships with Employment and Training organisations to assist with engagement and retention and look forward to building on these partnerships. A LOCAL TEAM YOU CAN TRUST We have a real commitment to training and upskilling Indigenous Australians and offer opportunities for apprenticeships and trainees. Currently SH Build has 2 Indigenous Apprentices and in 2014 SH Builds Indigenous Apprentice was awarded Master Builders NT Carpentry Apprentice of the Year. Our team goes above and beyond when working in remote communities to build relationships and networks with local service providers and community members ensuring contracts are completed efficiently and effectively without impacting on the local community, their traditions and culture.
