10 Marshall Property Construction Case Studies Marshall Group Head Office Liverpool Marshall Property Construction were tasked with creating a brand new space for The Marshall Group by renovating a Historic Grade II listed building in a prime location in the Liverpool business district as part of its strategic growth plans. The new Marshall Group Head Office which now also provides a new location for its Construction and Facilities Management arm of the business has been refurbished into a modern, practical and fully accessible office space. The result is a state of the art building in a prime location which was delivered on budget and on time. Old Hall Industrial Estate, Bromborough Marshall Property Construction were retained to refurbish the 15,000sq ft. commercial unit which included the division of the current space into two units as part of a dilapidations programme to bring the building to a let-able standard for the two new incoming tenants. The works comprised of roof works to replace roof sheets, skylights, cladding panels to the side elevations and an internal fit out and complete redecoration to the client s standard specification. 11 West Derby North West This complex residential project was for the construction of two additional floors to an existing three storey and basement building bounded on one side by one of Liverpool s busiest streets. The new two storey extension and the second floor of the existing property contained 7 new flats, the first-floor offices were refurbished, and the ground and lower ground converted into two private surgery rooms. Client: Completion: June 2017 Value: 270k NW Holdings (Residential) Maghull Shopping Centre Liverpool Known locally as The Square this retail development is the focus point of Maghull Town Centre with a convenience retail offering catering to an affluent, highly populated residential area just 8 miles outside Liverpool. The site consists of 58,000 sq. ft. of commercial space with over 40 retail units with residential above. Marshall Facilities Management is engaged on a fixed term contract to provide a complete management package which includes an ongoing refurbishment programme to upgrade all unoccupied residential properties and retail units, planned maintenance and reactive maintenance services.
