25 Wells Fargo & the LGBT Community Our company s support for the LGBT community dates to mid-1980 s when we were one of a very very few Fortune 500 companies to include sexual orientation in our non-discrimination policy. The start of the next decade brought the PRIDE team member network to Wells Fargo when in 1991 LGBT team members gathered in Golden Gate Park for what would be the first of many team member events over years. The following year team members participated in the San Francisco Pride Parade for the first time. This year, Wells Fargo PRIDE teams will participate in over 50 Pride events from coast to coast! In 1998, we were among the first employers in the financial services industry to offer domestic partner benefits to team members. Our medical benefits program has been offering healthcare benefits to transgender team members for years and was expanded in 2008 to include additional benefits around surgical procedures. In 2009, Wells Fargo partnered with the College for Financial Planning to develop and launch the Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA ) program and certified the first Financial Advisors to work with LGBT customers to fulfill their financial needs. In 2012 and 2013 and 2015, Wells Fargo was ranked No. 1 on DiversityInc s list of Top 10 Companies for LGBT employees. We have received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation Corporate Equality Index for 12 consecutive years.

26 Wells Fargo s PRIDE TMN PRIDE serves as the voice of inclusion and acceptance for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) team members and allies of the LGBT community.
