1 FICM-MCN Regional Council Membership Details, Benefits & membership levels Who we are As a rapidly growing largest dispute resolution membership organization in the world, our goal is to deliver success to users through a strong membership of finest dispute resolvers. As we build the strongest dispute resolution ecosystem globally, we focus hard to further enhance the skills, strength and expertise of our members with accessible, relevant and cutting-edge information and opportunities. Constitution of Organization FICM-MCN operates with a unique combination of not-for-profit and forprofit social enterprise registered in India under the companies act The FICM-MCN management and governing board is made up largely of prominent members representing diverse jurisdictions around the world. How we work The casework back office is based in New Delhi, India but the actions are decentralized to maintain ease, save costs and deliver quick and controlled justice to parties in dispute. Flexible Rules, choice of national laws, very large and diverse pool of neutrals, and seat of arbitration makes it a unique platform to serve the needs of modern business. FICM-MCN case administration is highly flexible. Every case is monitored, but the level of administrative support adapts to the needs and wishes of the parties and the tribunal, and to the circumstances of each case.

3 Resolve provides bi-monthly coverage of national and international developments in the world of Dispute Resolution, arbitration and other new procedures. The journal aims to maintain balance between academic debate and practical contributions to the field, providing both relevant material on current developments and analytical learning of permanent interest. Features include: (i) articles covering all major dispute resolution and arbitration rules and national jurisdictions written by respected international practitioners and scholars, (ii) cutting edge notes covering recent developments and ongoing debates in the field, (iii) news and views of the members who are the heros on ground to bring the much needed change (iv) Letters to the Editor and (v) Updates from the FICM-MCN universe and new developments, introductions in the ecosystem. Publications Publication of Member scholarly and non-scholarly articles on the FICM- MCN electronic platforms promoting dispute resolution practices. Globally Promoted Directory A complete section in the directory to display the profile of members in the worldwide publicly searched directory of Members. The Directory lists members bio in detail that may include info like nationality, profession, languages spoken, areas of specialization, awards and recognition, photograph, videos, link to articles, link to the accreditation certificate and online direct contact facility. FICM-MCN News Receipt of FICM-MCN News, which includes reports from the Member s activities, appointments, recent cases, recent developments, conference updates and notices. Involvement in FICM-MCN activities All members are encouraged to be involved in FICM-MCN's activities to promote creative dispute resolution using new approach to arbitration and other mechanisms. Opportunities for involvement, including promotional roles may be notified by the FICM-MCN's Board of Directors to the Members from time to time.

4 Listing in Rosters Be eligible for FICM-MCN's diverse rosters. You can apply to our roster of ADR Lawyers, Neutrals (As Arbitrators, Mediators, Adjucitaors etc), Experts, Instructors and Network Developers. Qualify for rosters FICM-MCN manages for other organizations Membership Certificate Members will be issued with a globally recognized membership certificate upon being accepted as associate members with FICM-MCN. Priority of Publication in FICM-MCN Journal Articles contributed by FICM-MCN members will be given priority of publication in the FICM-MCN Journals. Access to FICM-MCN Halls & Facilities Members can hear cases at venues that are listed by other members around the world. From offices of attorneys to five star boardrooms, we have a choice that best meets your client s needs.

5 Membership levels You have the option to join in various categories mentioned below: Individual Membership For professionals wishing to subscribe on an individual basis. Annual: USD % GST Lifetime: USD % GST * (Offer only for limited period) Individual Membership for Academics For scholars or teachers studying or employed at any accredited university or educational institution on a full time basis. On completion of your application, your eligibility for membership at this rate will be reviewed. Once your application has been approved, you will be sent an with further details on how to make your payment. Annual: USD % GST Lifetime: USD % GST * (Offer only for limited period) Corporate Membership Available to any firm, organization or company wishing to subscribe a number of individuals. The corporate membership fee of covers up to five membership subscriptions. These subscriptions may be for individuals based at any of the corporate member s offices worldwide. The corporate membership may be expanded to include additional corporate members. A discounted fee of USD 70 is applied for each additional corporate member.
