6 Visually Impaired Employed In Game Changer Roles Cornelius Lyngdoh Spam Management Executive, Rediff Look through the huge list of mails blocked by Spam filters and decide whether to mark them spam or not spam. Requires to be quick on internet tools. He has to process about 100 mails per day. 5/10 seconds is TAT per mail. Illamathi Fire Fighter Auditor, Cargill Handling large log files, and verifying accuracy of engineer actions. Errors in this task have high client impact and the performance criteria is nothing less than 100% accuracy. Suprita Team Lead (formerly MIS Executive), IBM Daksh Dealing with huge data running across thousands of rows and columns of excel workbooks. Generating reports for senior management to take decisions on business. Dealing with complex requirements 6 6

He has to call about 350 jobseekers a day to get a suitable profile. SKILL NEEDED: Analysis, Quick Thinking and Speed. Visually Impaired Qualification-10 th Std Currently Earns 2.5 lacs INR annually 7
