Your first aid plans will depend on your workplace and to start, you must think about what your first aid needs are. The next thing you must do is get a first aid box. Then you must put a person in charge of first aid. You might decide that you need a first-aider. This is someone who has had first aid training and has a qualification in first aid at work. Once you have completed these 3 tasks, you must give the first aid information to all your employees. Accidents and ill health You must keep all your first aid records so you can see where and when all the accidents happened. This will help you to think about where you can improve safety for your workers. You must protect all your employees personal details by keeping them safe in a locked cupboard. This is the law.
