Establishment of geo-referenced data bases and public tourism infrastructure, creating corresponding visual identity for the labeling of each regional product or tourist locality etc; 2. Strengthening of logistic system and business support infrastructure for entrepreneurs and investors willing to develop integrated regional offer of products and services; 3. Development of integrated regional tourist products. Introduction of shared quality standards. Branding of products and the region (s); 4. Joint promotional activities for products and services

Creating a competitive workforce in the rural areas through training farmers and entrepreneurs; 2. Technical support for introduction of new technologies and innovations in production, tourism and services; 3. Rehabilitation of valuable traditional production systems; and reintroduction of autochthonic varieties 4. Standardisation of products, introduction of international standards, preparation of project/technical documentation and feasibility studies and provision of required licenses for starting businesses; 5. Conducting marketing researches and designing marketing plans, etc. 6. Establishment of regional public private partnerships, regional business initiatives and clusters 7. Establishment and strengthening of linkages within value chains 8. Networking of LAGs and simmilar regional integrations for sharring of good practes in rural development of the Region

Grants for individual entrepreneurial initiatives in value chains or partnerships; 2. Seed money for small business for entering business partnerships; 3. Grants for individual investments for introduction of shared standards of the business partnership 4. Grants for introducing agro-technical innovations for improvement of production and standardization of products within regional initiatives; 5. Grants for construction of cold reception stations, establishment of buying- off points etc. for entrepreneurs and groups of producers and service providers joining or establishing partnership initiatives

12 Measure 2. Rural economy environment improvements Sub-Measure 2.1: Protection of environment and sustainable management of natural resources 1. Participatory and public advocacy initiatives for identifying and obtaining concrete financial support for concerted environmental actions in the region; 2. Establishment of regional virtual centres for multiplying effects of environmental actions, exchange of good practices and providing services to individual environmental initiatives, renewable energy promotion, revitalization of abandoned mining sites etc. 3. Facilitation and moderation for other regional initiatives which contribute to regional economy development

13 Measure 2. Rural economy environment improvements Sub-Measure 2.2: Infrastructure development 1. Promotional activities and political actions for obtaining financial support for solving physical infrastructure problems of crucial importance for regional rural economy development 2. Public advocacy for obtaining favourable national legislation, international agreements etc. for RRD and mainstreaming diverse sectors in WB governments to respond to rural economy development needs and coordinate support and investments with agriculture and RD sectors 3. Provision of professional assistance with fund raising for infrastructural and environmental projects 4. Assistance with provision of technical and other documentation for reconstruction and construction of regional infrastructure and environmental actions

Technical assistance Technical assistance and capacity building of stakeholders for implementatio n of the ABD Programmes Various capacity building activities including trainings, seminars, study tours, formal and non-formal activities including costs of books, textbooks, brochures, instructions, manuals, video materials and other forms of education materials etc. Assistance to potential beneficiaries in the preparation of project applications and to beneficiaries in project implementation and reporting Support to Operating Structures involved in the management and implementation of the Programme Staff remuneration costs, with the exclusion of salaries of public officials. Expenses for participation in different meetings related to the implementation of the Programme Administrative and operational costs related to the implementation of the Programme, including the costs of preparation and monitoring of the Programme, appraisal and selection of operations, organisation of meetings of monitoring committee, etc.

Technical assistance Programme publicity and visibility Awareness-raising activities at the country level in order to inform citizens in both countries about the programme. the preparation, translation and dissemination of programme related publicity and visibility material, including a website
