2 ABOUT THE WORKSHOP Event name: Technical assistance tools and public support schemes to exploit resource efficiency potential in SMEs Date: Tuesday 22nd May 2018 Venue: Host: Ministry of Industry and Trade, Prague, Czech Republic ENVIROS, s.r.o., Czech Republic Workshop objectives: To bring together resource efficiency and business support intermediaries from public and private sector, and policy makers responsible for resource efficiency and circular economy agenda. To share knowledge and experience on public support programmes as well as specific tools for identification of resource efficiency potential in SMEs, and learn from each other. To enable networking and engage intermediaries from relevant countries into EREK activities. To allow participants to explore EREK website and its features, and fill in the self-assessment questionnaires. Target audience: The main group of participants shall consist of intermediaries (national public agencies as well as private organizations) and public administration bodies responsible for resource efficiency topic (e.g. ministries) from, in particular, Central and Eastern Europe countries, including Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. Representatives from other countries are also welcomed and will be invited.
