Objecties of discipline (emerged out of the specific built up competences grid) 7.1 General objective of the discipline To assimilate the knowledge about OHP key concepts, to gain broad understanding of the field of occupational health psychology (OHP) Also, the MA students will have the opportunity to build on scientific bases the ways to understand the scientific approach of OHP and applied interventions as a major condition in the development of the future psychologists specialized in the occupational psychology 7.2 Specific objectives Developing a clear vision on the OHP field that will enable to develop effective intervention programs at the workplace Develop a clear understanding of how OHP can contribute to organizational and employees health and performance Encouraging studying various approaches and theories 7. The choice of topics with applied content was made after analyzing the psychological evaluation market both from organizational human resources management and the individual psychological offices perspectives. 9. For this task a score between 10 points (start) and 100 points is given. The mark for this task is valid only for one examination; for each re-examination session / increase of the mark another paper must be submitted. 100% (between 10 and maximum 100 points) 10.5 Seminar / laboratory Bonus 1 Student participation in at least four of the seven seminars scheduled. The bonus is reported in any re-examination session / further assessment.
