1 UNDERSTANDING THE CODING Themes have been grouped to facilitate the selection of codes associated to a department. These are categorized as follows, and represent the listing of coding in the first column: 1 Labour standards: international labour standards 2 Employment: Skills, employment policy, employment intensive work, youth employment 3 Social protection: Social finance, social security, social policy and indigenous peoples 4 GOVERNANCE: IPEC, Social Dialogue, Betterwork, FPRW, ACT/TRAV, ACT/EMP, DECLARATION 5 WORK QUALITY: Gender, HIV/AIDS, Migration, Working conditions, OSH, LABADMIN 6 ENTERPRISES: Enterprise development, Green jobs and climate-related labour issues, Cooperatives, Multinationals, Micro- and Small enterprises, and Crisis interventions related to armed conflict or natural disasters A Administrative issues having to do with organizational processes and aspects of project and programme management E Evaluation: Specific coding introduced for evaluation consultant records S SECTOR: all the different sectors, terms used in the ILO Thesaurus See Tips and Tricks for DOCU-Track for more details on all kinds of search techniques. TIPS FOR SEARCHING When looking for more than one term in any of the fields, use Ctrl Click depressed during the entire selection of codes. When two or more codes are clicked on, the records results will provide any record which has any one of the codes selected. There are no Boolean options of and only or. A consultant collection will be built into i-track. There are no field searches for languages or home country addresses. Regional experience will appear in the Additional Countries field, which can be searched by using the English county name. Links to the consultants work with ILO will be linked to their record.
