Fund Manager -Ill (Alternativel Fixed Income) Risk & Compliance Manager CA / ACCA or other relevant accounts degree/certification with 8 years' overall and 5 years' progressive experience in accounts. Candidate must be working as either Head of accounts (CFO/COO etc.) or second to Head of accounts at any SECP licensed Asset Management Company in Pakistan or similar organizations. CA I CFA / ACCA / FRM / ICMA / MBA or other degree from reputed university with 8 years' overall and 5 years' progressive experience of modeling, analysis, sourcing, and executing Real estate / Private Equity I Infrastructure / Corporate Finance / Investment Banking transactions at NBFIs / Banks / Consultants or at other organizations in a similar role. Experience of international investing would be a plus. CA / CFA / ACCA / FRM I ICMA I MBA or other degree from reputed university with 5 years' overall and 3 years' experience of modeling and analysis of fixed income securities working at NBFls, bank treasuries, or in a similar role at other organizations. Dealing & execution experience would be a plus. 3 Responsible to: Eliqibilitv Criteria Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Head of Investment Rs.800,000/pm + One (Male I Female) CA / ACCA or other relevant accounts degree/certification with 8 years' overall and 5 years' progressive experience in accounts. Candidate must be working as either Head of accounts (CFO/COO etc.) or second to Head of accounts at any SECP licensed Asset Management Company in Pakistan or similar organizations. Maximum age-55 years. Competencies: Expertise in financial reporting through Balance Sheet and Income Statements, computerized accounting software and electronic spreadsheets. Expertise in compiling financial and statistical data and designing related reports and the ability to explain such reports to stakeholders. Considerable skills and experience in supervising and training personnel and in planning and directing related work activities Considerable knowledge of budgetary principles and practices. Technologically savvy and able to work with IT staff to develop and implement new processes and systems that increased efficiency. Superior oral and written communication abilities. Strong computer skills; including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office etc. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the entire Back Office functionality including operations, procurement, and IT. CFO will introduce systems integrating operations and accounts and directly Head accounts & taxation functions. Directly lead the accounts department responsible for compiling book of accounts, payroll processing, and other activities. Lead through Head of operations and Manager IT other functions of an effective Back office. Lead the organization's financial, budgeting, and administrative processes. Reports any anomalies to the Boards and Investment Committee. Oversee all fiscal reporting activities including monthly and annual organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports etc. Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for the Funds. Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the Funds. Preparation of the annual financial statements is in accordance international standards. Carryout the liquidity program through operations and ensure adequate cash flow to meet the Funds' needs.

4 Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets. Responsible for maintaining budgetary requirements of Funds Oversee deduction of Income Tax, Withholding Tax or any other Tax from salaries of staff. Oversee processing of final Settlements for the employees leaving the company. Liaise and coordinate actively with other departments for relevant issues. Any other duty assigned by the Boards I Head of Investment.

5 Responsible to: Head of Alternatives Head of Investment Rs.600,000/pm (Slightly Negotiable) + One (Male I Female) Eliqibility Criteria CA I CFA / ACCA I FRM I ICMA I MBA or other degree from reputed university with 8 years' overall and 5 years' progressive experience of modeling, analysis, sourcing, and executing Real estate / Private Equity / Infrastructure I Corporate Finance I Investment Banking transactions at NBFls / Banks / Consultants or at other organizations in a similar role. Experience of international investing would be a plus. Maximum age-50 years. Competencies: Understanding of various alternative investing classes and strategies e.g. real estate, private equity, infrastructure, hybrid unlisted securities, exotic fixed income, fund of funds etc., domestic and preferably international too. Ability, to source, and execute investment transactions acquired through experience of being involved in an IPO, primary sukuk /TFC issue, merger acquisition, or others. Knowledge of market, procedures, rules & regulations, and policies. Superio.r oral and written communication abilities. Strong quantitative and computer modeling skills; including extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and database software. Any investment apart from listed local equities and local fixed income securities fall under Alternatives category. Candidate would generate alternative assets and international investment strategy, write recommendation proposals, carry-on diligence, manage External Service Providers, execute, and review alternative investments. Develop and manage portfolio of real estate or any alternative asset class that the Board would allocate money to in conjunction with Head of Investment I Fund Manager. The Head of alternatives will lead activities designed to assess, propose, source, and execute investments in alternatives space. Develop thoro.igh understanding of a deal's capital structure and business plan and key risks to through discussions with sponsors, market participants and investment professionals. Understand physical characteristics of properties, and the related competitive advantages and disadvantages. Understand and critically evaluate the existing and potential operating characteristics of a project revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, tenant credit, leases.

Candidate should be flexible to working independently with fixed income investment. Assist developing and managing portfolio of real estate or any alternative asset class that the Board would allocate money to. Be able to independently propose, and carry out fixed income investments. Reviewing and monitoring the ongoing and exposures of investment managers and write formal manager summaries. 10 Responsibleto: Risk & Compliance Manager Board Committee through Head of Investment Rs.150,000I- per month + One (Male I Female) Eligibility Criteria Master's degree from reputed university with 5 years' overall and 2 years' Risk or Compliance experience working at NBFls / banks or in a similar role at other organizations. Women candidates would be preferred. Maximum age-42 years. Competencies: Understanding of investment risk issues and of compliance I audit rules and regulations. Knowledge of operational risk assessments and business process reviews. Knowledge of financial risk management framework, theories, best practices, and methodologies. Ensures compliance of all operations activities in the Funds. Possess quantitative skills and superior oral and written communication abilities. Strong computer skills; including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office etc. Lead, develop, and review risk and compliance program including Conflict of Interest program for entire investing framework. Engaging in all areas of risk management, including investment risk, and operational and counterparty risk. Developing quantitative framework for evaluating compliance risk to support a risk based surveillance program. Record, maintain, report, and help resolve red Flag database. Identify, maintain database, report and help comply with pre-trade investment limits as derived from investment policy, or other rules and regulations. Monitoring market factors impacting trade and portfolio risk management strategies to maintain oversight program relevance. Facilitate the external & internal auditors. Obtain legal opinions and manage relevant External Service Providers. Prepare replies to the observations made by the auditors and convening timely meeting of the Departmental Accounts Committee I Audit Committees of the Funds. Help comply with the Audit Department Code of conduct. Any other duty assigned by the Board I Head of Investment.
