2 The Mindjuice Leadership Curricuum The Mindjuice Leadership Education arose from many years of experience in coaching combined with a growing commitment to create exceptiona coaches. 4 Practica information What s incuded in the price? Course fee for the Leadership Education is DKK 49,995,00. The price incudes five 2-day modues (9:00 to 05:00), 10 teeconference trainings (18: ), 8 persona coaching sessions, course materia, ora and written examination and certification. Educators Founding partner in Mindjuice and ICF PCC-certified coach Pernie W. Lauritsen and Mindjuice partner Nina Frank are the main educators. We aso use a handfu of exceptiona teachers, a of whom have undergone Mindjuice s extensive teaching program. The Program The attached program shows the contents of the Mindjuice Leadership Curricuum However, since every cass is different, we reserve the right to make changes in the sequence of the content to fit the cass deveopment the best way possibe. Location A modues take pace in Mindjuice's premises in Nansensgade 41A, 1366 Copenhagen K or at a nearby conference faciity. Meas Lunch, coffee, tea and fruit during the course are incuded. Criteria for participation You must attend a days of the modues and be wiing to deveop yoursef and train coaching between modues. Teeconference trainings are not mandatory, but we highy recommend them because they wi give you extra training in your deveopment as a eader. Payment and conditions for canceations To book your sot in the program contact Mindjuice by mai or teephone and pay minimum haf of the course fee. The remainder of the amount must be paid no ater than 6 weeks before the start of modue one. Canceations in writing to: Mindjuice, Nansensgade 41 A, 1366 Copenhagen K. In cases of canceation there is a charge of 15% of the course fee. Canceation ess than 6 weeks before the start of the education, a 50% fee wi be charged to your reimbursement. Canceation within 30 days or ess wi not be reimbursed.

Our coaching mode is specificay designed to create changes in your empoyees that ast through sustainabe objectives. We have created a common anguage and a common way of thinking that are easiy embedded in the cuture of your enterprise, thus creating the basis for a kinds of processes for change. Individua coaching Throughout the education you wi have your persona coach to support you in the deveopmenta process. You wi experience first hand the efficiency of the coaching mode. Furthermore, you wi be abe to train each specific modue in your own organization under competent guidance from your coach. Hande stress with mindfuness Each modue wi incude exercises and practices for mindfuness. The purpose is to enabe participants to conduct sma exercises in mindfuness in their everyday ife. Mindfuness is one of the most appied methods for stress prevention. After a brief introduction anyone can appy mindfuness, which, ike diet and physica exercise, can be easiy integrated in a busy schedue. Persona eadership You wi receive on going training in eading a team coectivey rather than as singe individuas. Your roe as a eader for a group wi become deepy rooted in a common foundation and fundamenta poicies. You wi receive the toos to create this environment. At the same time you wi be abe to hande conficts between key empoyees in a constructive fashion, deveoping your persona stye of eadership and inspiring empoyees to cooperate on a whoe new eve of persona accountabiity.

6 MODULE 1: GOAL SETTING AND TYPOLOGY In order to create asting changes and deveopment in an organization, it is a requisite that a strategy incuding specific goas has been in pace from the start. Often the manager wi work out the strategy without invoving empoyees. A typica consequence is the ack of strategic impementation in the organization where empoyees do not assume responsibiity for reaching the objectives of the organization, which then acks a common goa and direction. You wi be introduced to Mindjuice s coaching mode based on theories from deveopmenta psychoogy, pragmatism, phiosophy, typoogy, eadership modes as we as cognitive and transformationa coaching. The mode is comprised of 5 basic steps, each of them having a particuar significance in the creation of asting change. This modue wi focus on step one caed goa setting. You wi aso be introduced to a particuar typoogy, which wi provide guidance on coaching and eading different personaity types in the most inspiring and effective fashion. What is coaching? You earn right from the start how coaching differs from therapy, supervision, guidance, motivation and advice. The five cassic basic steps: Goas, barriers, pattern breaking, new possibiities, and commitment. You wi be introduced to the cassic basic steps in coaching, and have a sense of what you can accompish when you have competed the training. Step 1: Goa setting: Simpe things ook simpe, but it requires training to be spot on at setting goas. Many eaders know too itte about creating a detaied target, and training in this area can create major shifts in any organization within a short time. Typoogy: You wi be presented with the nine types in today s hottest typoogy too The Enneagram. You wi gain insight into the unique strengths and chaenges of each type and earn how to use the typoogy to support and motivate different types. Furthermore you wi earn to use the typoogy to underpin processes of change by assembing teams with personaity types who support one another.

7 MODULE 2: COMMUNICATION Communicating is absoutey critica in eadership at every eve, such as staff meetings, conversations about deveopment or sickness absence, confict management, probems with working reationships, organizationa change etc. The Mindjuice Leadership Education wi sharpen your attention to active istening. A seemingy simpe undertaking that is a major chaenge to practice. You wi aso focus on appreciative as opposed to imiting communication. You wi gain insight into changing imiting forms of communication to appreciative ones based on Mindjuice s communication modes, which are comprised of assertion training, modern eadership theory and understanding of the personaity types. You wi aso earn how to turn obstaces and barriers into inspiring chaenges. Active istening: A seemingy simpe undertaking that is a major chaenge to practice. We often begin to interpret and evauate shorty after the start of a conversation and that affects our attention. Then we may miss important information and we may come across as not present to the conversation. Shoud you as a eader wish for your empoyees to be abe to discuss areas of their ives that might be difficut to tak about, such as stress, anxiety, buying, harassment, probems with abuse or others, it requires of you to be abe to activey isten. Appreciative (as opposed to imiting) communication: More often than not, we are unaware of our use of imiting communication. But we a do it. Our thoughts have created an action, which in time has become an ingrained habit. But if we increase our attention to our ways of communicating we may change them. You wi gain insights into how you can change your imiting forms of communication into new appreciative ways of speaking. You wi train different forms of communication and see which resuts they respectivey create. You wi earn the difference between trumping a decision as opposed to creating asting inspiration and support for new initiatives and change. Step 2: Barriers: The biggest obstaces are typicay within us. We have a notion that we won t be abe to fufi our goas. This conception is often just a narrative that has nothing to do with facts. During this modue you wi be trained in distinguishing and examining obstaces.

8 MODULE 3: FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION Motivation and pattern breaking are crucia in causing asting change to take pace. Motivation is derived from the vaue we impose on each objective. Once there is a particuar desire to reach a goa, it becomes easy to envisage what it woud mean to accompish it. For this reason it is important that you earn to focus on what your organization woud achieve in reaching that goa. When you and your empoyees know the reason for reaching wanting to reach an objective you wi fee more incined and energized as you go for it. As you and your empoyees increase faith in yourseves and discover that you actuay can attain the goas you have, your menta strength and wipower wi grow as we. On this modue you wi earn how to motivate, break patterns and create asting change with yoursef, your empoyees and your teams. From the stands to the court: Being responsibe creates power. Being a victim creates fear. You wi train yoursef to see how we are the cause of our experience of our work ife rather than being a victim to circumstances. You wi earn how to inspiringy pass on this mindset to your empoyees. Step 3: Motivation and pattern breaking. To create asting change we must break our od patterns and create new ones to underpin our objectives. This process is often grossy underestimated because we tend to get the urge to fix the probem. Breaking a pattern requires a specific goa setting and accuracy in determine obstaces since these two steps form the basis of the pattern. 9 MODULE 4: POSSIBILITIES AND COMMITMENT In this modue we work on how to create new possibiities within yoursef and others and how to ensure asting change through commitment. Your focus is to combine deveoping your being as a coaching eader and creating new courses for action. Step 4: New possibiities. What is now possibe with a the breakthroughs you have created during your coaching session? Here you wi get the toos to ensure that new behaviour is consistent with the individua s persona vaues as we as those of the organization, because that in turn wi ensure asting deveopment on both fronts. Step 5: Commitment. When organizationa changes are to be anchored in an enterprise it requires that the empoyees are committed. Changes disappear into thin air without commitment. Fortunatey there are many ways to create commitment to support new initiatives. You wi earn how to ensure that your empoyees commit themseves to reach your common goas. Vision & Mission. Very few eaders take the time to articuate a persona vision and a mission for their eadership. You wi commit yoursef to a truy inspiring persona eadership. 10 MODULE 5: IMPLEMENTATION OF COACHING IN A LEADERSHIP POSITION As a eader, you need to master a variety of difficut conversations such as staff meetings, conversations about deveopment, sickness absence or dismissing empoyees, confict management and many other chaenging interactions. You wi benefit from using coaching as an effective eadership too in a these areas. On this modue you wi train how to use a (or parts of) the coaching mode to manage conficts, conduct meetings, have deveopmenta conversations with empoyees and manage organizationa changes. How to use coaching as a eader: There are a number of cassic chaenges that any coach or eader wi face when they start to appy coaching as part of their eadership stye. You wi earn to asses when it is vauabe to utiise coaching and when it is not. The difficut conversation: As a eader you need to master a variety of difficut conversations. Leadership based in coaching can be used within arge parts of the eadership spectrum. We wi go over reevant theory and train how to use coaching as an integrated eadership too. Written exam: You wi take a written exam in the curricuum with regards to your fina certification as a Mindjuice Leadership Coach. Ora exam and certification: After modue 5 you wi take an ora exam, present your skis before receiving your Mindjuice Leader Coach certificate.
