1 INSETA MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP DEVEOPMENT PROGRAMMES 2019 About the programmes: NOMINATION and APPLICATION Form: INSETA will delivering two NQF-accredited management and leadership programmes through accredited public universities, one at a middle-management level (NQF 6) and one at a seniormanagement level (NQF 8) in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Each programme will commence between February and March 2019 and run over roughly 12 months. Candidates will be selected for one of the programmes based on the following criteria: NB: The programmes are open only to employees of organisations registered with INSETA and in compliance with WSP submission requrements. Companies will need to supply either levy-numbers or reference numbers of INSETA registration. Queries in this regard must be directed to the INSETA Learning division on Mgt2019@inseta.org.za INSETA and the relevant public university will select from nominated candidates for either level through a series of shortlisting and recruitment processes to place candidates based on their suitability for either programme. Senior- management programme candidates may be subject to panel assessment in Johannesburg. In addition, INSETA s objectives in terms of equity and achieving transformation at senior levels will also feature as selection criteria.
