These members will have the opportunity to discuss issues (such as Janus the decision) specific to union environments. Attendees who work in states that do not have unionized workforces also are welcome to attend. 9:30 am 9:45 am 2019 Annual Meeting Planning Session Have ideas for speakers or session formats? Now s the time to share during this session as we begin planning our 2019 Annual Meeting scheduled for July in Indianapolis. 9:45 am 10:45 am HR Directors Forum Roundtable Didn t have enough time on Saturday to get your questions or issues addressed? 4 Registration and Travel Who Should Attend? State HR Directors and/or Deputy Directors (or other senior level staff representing the State HR Director) may attend this meeting. Corporate members and sponsors may attend Friday afternoon and evening sessions as well as Saturday morning sessions and lunch as outlined in the preliminary agenda. 5 Registration for State Government Attendees State Government Attendees $395 for each attendee from a dues paying state. Please register here or use the form below. Should the state not have utilized its member travel benefit for the FY2019 Membership Year and you would like to utilize the travel benefit for the Mid Year Meeting, please contact Leslie Scott at lscott@csg.org. If you used the travel benefit for the July 2018 Meeting in Rapid City, South Dakota, you are not eligible to use this for the 2019 Mid Year Meeting. The member travel benefit covers registration, hotel, and air transportation for one person per dues paying member state per membership year (either the Annual Meeting or Mid Year Meeting). In this case the membership year is July 1, 2018 June 30, Corporate Sponsors and Registration Corporate sponsorship is $750 for corporate members and $1,500 corporate non members and includes attendance for up to two representatives per sponsoring organization. Please also view our corporate membership and sponsorship packages for 2019 that include 2019 Mid Year Meeting sponsorship. Corporate sponsors should complete the sponsorship form on the NASPE website at Once the sponsorship form is completed and attendee registration form will be ed to the sponsoring organization.
