During this time we have consistently developed our skills in the field of transport management, this has resulted in a dynamic and flexible organisation, able to effectively manage and control the most complex tasks. 3 We have considerable and thorough knowledge and experience providing and coordinating logistics for conference, State visits and events from 20 up to 1,000 delegates throughout Dublin and Ireland. We understand the importance and the need for flexibility as requirements can change at a moment s notice. With this in mind your on site coordinator will be in a position to amend bookings and schedules at any time as well as providing additional vehicles when required. From the outset the on site coordinator will take control of the management of the transport for the event and will put all requirements and procedures in place. They will compile and provide a full listing of Chauffeurs names and mobile numbers and will be available on the ground to handle any last minute requirements or changes. We have pioneered and developed a fast, efficient and accurate reservations process to ensure that your arrangements run smoothly and accurately. This ensures a flawless service at all times. We have access to highly trained multi-lingual tour guides and translators ranging from Canton Chinese to Spanish and Italian.

4 TRANSFERS & OVERSEAS AIRPORT TRANSFERS Clients will be collected by their personal Chauffeur at the Chauffeur s Meeting Point in the Arrivals Hall. They will assist with luggage and escort the customer to the nearby VIP Car Park. All flights are checked in advance to ensure that any delays or early arrivals are facilitated and the Chauffeur will always be there to meet the client. As a matter of course our Central Reservations will in turn relay this information to the client s office. We can assist with grouping passengers together and advising which vehicles would be suitable for each group depending on the numbers travelling. We will advise regarding journey times and provide suggested pick up times for each departure transfer to ensure passengers make their flights on time. You can also avail of our VIP Meet and Greet Service we will meet you after you have exited your aircraft and entered the terminal building, we will provide assistance with hand luggage and accompany you all the way through Passport Control. We will collect your bags from the baggage claim area and bring you to the Arrivals Hall where your Chauffeur will be waiting to meet you and escort you to your car. OVERSEAS TRANSPORT We can arrange Chauffeur Drive Service in over 520 cities and 75 countries worldwide. Reservations can be made through our Central Reservations office.

7 If you are organising a roadshow, you can benefit from our many years of experience to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Our Chauffeurs all have excellent knowledge of the meeting locations concerned as well as journey times so that our clients do not find themselves pressed for time. If you find an appointment cancelled, our Chauffeurs can also help when you have to change flights. Send us your presentations in advance and the driver can have them ready for you in your vehicle. Between meetings the Chauffeur will also check you into your hotel and have your luggage taken to your room.
