They also define how we connect as one team to serve each other, our communities, our customers and our stakeholders. The results of the 2016 CCBCC Workplace Culture & Ethics Survey demonstrate the strength of our teammates understanding and view of our Company culture. This is a tremendous achievement given the incredible challenges and changes we have experienced in our organization with our growth over the past few years. We want to thank each of you who took time to participate in the survey and share your viewpoint. It is so important to know if we are acting as good teammates and also identifying those areas where we need to strengthen and grow our culture. We are very pleased to report that our overall culture and ethics values stood firmly in place in the face of all of the changes we experienced in The 2016 survey responses continue to indicate a healthy ethical environment with a overall favorable average of all questions, up from 89% in It is especially heartening that teammates in our expansion territories demonstrated a strong commitment to our Company culture and ethical environment. The positive survey results are particularly inspiring given the challenging transitions, new systems and new processes. Based on your survey responses and our continuing efforts to grow our Purpose and our people, there are a number of areas we will be working on in the current year. Among them are: We have established a cross-functional group of managers led by our Human Resources team to update all of our policies and procedures. Refreshing our policies and procedures will define and set clear expectations for everyone and should improve the consistency with which we apply standards across the Company. We are also expanding the portfolio of learning development opportunities for all teammates. These programs will include, but are not limited to, training on our policies and procedures, learning technical skills, and building communication and leadership acumen. Finally, we are developing additional and better internal communications to facilitate more connections between leadership and teammates across the Company.
