6 Reservior Engineering Services We carryout black oil and compositional model upscaling, history matching and prediction of a geological model using Eclipse or CMG. We also provide consultants to facilitate the construction of the geological model that is used in the study. We undertake field reserves (1P, 2P and contingent) assessment, based on the production plan options available, using analytical methods as well as the aid of industry standard software. Our services also cut across the entire value chain of a field development planning process including production type modelling and infrastructure, surface facilities, reservoir simulation, economic analysis and risk assessment. Reservoir Surveillance Planning Planning, preparation and implementation of a reservoir surveillance plan that would serve as a guideline for production monitoring activities and ensure effective management of reservoir voidage and ultimate reserves. Field Development & Planning We carry out assessment of multiple field development scenarios to determine the best option based on multiple factors and tradeoffs. This provides a guide for making investments decisions, project planning and budgeting, and in meeting with regulatory requirements. Asset Evaluation & Economics We provide economic analysis for potential company projects or investment propositions based on the asset development plan adopted. Our price forecast takes into account analysis from leading oil price forecasting agencies. Page 5

7 Reservior Engineering Services Reserves Quantification and Classification Based on an asset development plan, we provide clients with an assessment of the recoverable reserves and production profile, as well as recommendations on the recovery method that maximizes recovery, alongside number of wells and facility requirements. Our reserves classification process is in line with guidelines for the evaluation of petroleum reserves and resources provided in the Petroleum Resources Management Systems (PRMS). Our reservoir simulation expertise enables us optimize your reservoir depletion and recovery strategy, using detailed geological and structural data to effectively study the field. Reservoir Characterization, Modelling & Simulation Integrated engineering analysis with available geological, geophysical data and field measurements to effectively characterize your reservoir and provide accurate estimates of reserves and connectivity. This process facilitates the building of a simulation model that is fit for purpose, and better matches historical production and pressure data. We are dedicated to planning and managing the operation and maintenance services of oil, gas and power plants to ensure that safe operational performance is optimized, that availability is maximized and that cost is minimized. Page 6

8 Production Surveillance & Management Services We deploy an integrated approach to managing your reservoirs with respect to production rates, choke setting, water-oil ratio, gas-oil ratio limits and other measurements, in accordance with company and regulatory policy. Production Optimization and Integrated Asset Management We provide production analysis and optimization services on a well and field scale, based on an integrated asset modelling workflow. This model, when matched with actual production, is used for production optimization, facility debottlenecking, scenario analysis and production forecasting; this provides a good basis for planning and budgeting, in the absence of a simulation model. Real Time Production Monitoring We offer production management services such as calculation and reporting of KPIs based on a Reservoir Management Plan, monitor and evaluate well performance in contrast with individual well potential, and provide recommendations to forestall or eliminate production bottlenecks. Our company generated workflows enable us to act proactively and effectively to keep oil production at its optimum, thereby reducing downtime and improving production efficiency. Production Accounting and Reconciliation We design and implement a production allocation system to effectively track production rates as well as on-site utilization of produced fluid for subsurface injection, power generation, gas lifting, etc. In short, we are specialized in managing our clients production facilities so that they do what they should at minimum cost while upholding the highest safety and environment standards in the industry. 9 Well Engineering Services We provide services in well trajectory planning, design, modelling and optimization services for all types of well configurations. We keep track of the health of every well by implementing a highly responsive Well Integrity Management Gap Analysis, thereby monitoring conditions that could cause well hazards and proactively taking corrective measures to forestall any issues Artificial Lift Analysis Guidance is provided on the best option to revive or improve production from existing and planned wells based on the reservoir drive and profile, using artificial lift. This analysis also ties into the secondary/improved recovery plan for the reservoir/field and provides the recovery benefit versus investment requirement for each option explored. Our decision tree matrix has been developed to ensure that the most effective and economic decision is adopted. Well Modelling and Hydraulic Design Analysis We provide support for modelling the multiphase flow inside a well in order to determine the optimized well parameters to be applied. Models built for existing wells are used for well potential calculation, well test validation, well optimization, hydraulic table generation and production troubleshooting. Wellhead Maintenance Carry-out first and second line wellhead maintenance on shut-in/flowing wells. Inspection, Installation and testing of wellhead and Christmas tree components on existing well (work-over) and new well (drilling well). Our field service technicians are seasoned professionals with years of experience working both offshore and onshore, for clients like ExxonMobil, Afren, Chevron and Addax and on Xmas trees manufactured by Vetco Gray, FMC, Cooper Cameron and Dril-Quip. Our services include: First and second line well head maintenance Repair, refurbish and install wellhead equipment and accessories Supply, install and maintain OEM wellhead equipment and accessories Retrieving and maintenance of tubing annulus plug Operation and maintenance of client-supplied wellhead tools Repair, refurbishment and installation of chokes and valves Pressure testing of valve, services and replacement of gate / seat assembly and services of actuated valves.
