1 Position Description Project Manager Role Purpose and Scope The purpose of the role is to plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage, initiate and manage software projects; lead and guide the work of technical and other project staff, act as a liaison between business and technical aspects of project, as well as monitor and report on progress to ensure deadlines, standards and cost targets are met. Key Relationships Reporting This position reports to the Program Manager at Medtech offices in Melbourne or such person the CEO delegates to. Salary Range This position is full time (nominally 40 hours per week) and the salary offered will be commensurate with experience. Key Result Areas Key Result Areas or KRAs are the main functional tasks of the role on which your performance will be measured or assessed every six months. Key Responsibilities Outcome Performance Measure Developing project scopes Work with project stakeholders Project is delivered and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility to ensure that project scope and objectives are clearly defined and well understood by the project team Ensure that project objectives are achievable within the successfully according to the scope and objectives Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the technical constraints. Detailed project plan with Milestones, activities, tasks and resources is created and kept up to date for weekly tracking on the status of the project Project resources are available to execute assigned tasks as per the project schedule Feedback from Manager Project delivered as per schedule

2 flawless execution of projects Perform risk management to minimize project risks Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Project management of Medtech products/solutions Undertake site audits for new and existing customers Demonstrate proficiency of the Medtech suite of products by passing exams Ensure compliance with ISO and ISMS policies, service level agreements and. Up to date project risk register with clearly identified owners and plan of action to mitigate Report risks to senior management on regular basis All changes to scope, schedule and costs are reviewed and approved by project sponsors and governance body Effective use of the following verification methods o Inspection o Demonstration o Test o Analysis Make use of project management tools like Microsoft Projects, ALM. to track, report and take corrective actions Support the project management process Data migration Configurations User Training Technical support Hardware/software/peripheral s/network, user size, roles, functional coverage (Modules/Advanced forms/integration etc) Learn and stay up to date with Medtech products including MT32, MMH, CBIT and Evolution to a level where training can be delivered. Undergo training of ISO, ISMS and Microsoft Gold Partner processes where necessary. All policies are implemented and service standards are complied with. Project risks are addressed in a timely manner and has no impact on the project objective Project changes are managed timely to ensure that the project is not exposed to risk outside of defined tolerance levels. Projects successfully delivered as per plan, scope and budget. Successful management of the project and feedback from customer site. Smooth management of the project as a result of thorough audit and risk mitigation. 90% marks obtained in internal exams. Full compliance to the ISO and ISMS processes.

Core Competencies A proven track record of successful project management in a software environment. Team management experience, comfortable matrix managing project teams of up to 20 people both face to face and in other parts of the world Demonstrable knowledge of the principles and methods of project management, training and instruction for individuals and groups is a necessity. Excellent client facing skills. Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions. Advanced time management and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical or Professional Knowledge and Experience A minimum of seven years experience in both management of software projects and functional management of software development ideally within the IT and/or health care industry. m A graduate degree in an area that covers project management as a topic of academic study (e.g., computer science, cognitive science, information studies, business, engineering) or the equivalent in experience (more than 3 years managing a major multi-partner project) is desirable Thorough knowledge of MS suite and SQL databases In addition, a technical qualification MCSA / MCSE and other relevant industry Tertiary qualifications in Technology, a Medtech Certified Engineer, Qualified PMS / ITIL or equivalent qualification will be highly regarded; Certified SCRUM Master Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus Skills and Abilities These are the abilities, attributes and personal characteristics that the staff member will need to consistently display in order to achieve their Key Result Areas (KRAs) [that is, to do the job
