The salary is proposed to the candidates at the offer stage and is based on the final feedback from all sessions and the level the candidate was assessed on. We do not disclose our salary range as this is company policy. 2. When will I hear back from you? When the recruitment process is completed, we usually contact candidates within two weeks of the last interview, to provide feedback and the result of the recruitment process. 3.
