Salary and Holiday Entitlement 22, to 24, (scale point 23 to 26) Pro-rata there are 25 days annual leave plus 11 days for public holidays in a calendar year. PURPOSE OF ROLE Working to the objectives set out within the overall Fundraising Strategy, the key purpose of this role is to deliver significant income from Corporate Partnerships by supporting the Corporate Partnerships Managers to deliver multi-year corporate income and partnerships, diversifying the income streams with an increased focus on commercial and strategic partnerships. The Corporate Partnership Co-ordinator will support the Corporate Partnerships Managers to deliver the key objectives and strategy for the Corporate Partnerships team through cultivating positive and lasting relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. As corporate partnerships Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Managers to research and identify new business prospects, prepare content for applications and presentations and support on the delivery of key partnership accounts. The role will also involve working in collaboration with the wider team, and all other departments within the organisation, to ensure that the strategic objectives of the organisation are fulfilled. A significant feature and key performance indicator for this role, will be the increased efficiency and support of our corporate partnerships and the requirement to participate and contribute to a highly effective level, and to work with others within the organisation, helping to build robust collaborative relationships, both internally and with external stakeholders. There will be a focus on encouraging and enabling a strong ethos of innovation, creating the space and permissions for your role to demonstrate and apply the creativity and ideas that will significantly improve the ability to fundraise across all areas of the organisation. You will work alongside the Corporate Partnerships Managers to support the idea that every employee can and does have a responsibility to be part of the wider ethos of fundraising. Overall, you will be accountable to take a collaborative approach to Corporate Partnerships in a way that positively supports the priority to ensure the Alzheimer Scotland vision is actively delivered within our localities.

2 DELIVERING CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS - KEY STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES The Corporate Partnerships Co-ordinator will be responsible and accountable for exhibiting key behaviours and delivering the outcomes aligned to this role. This section describes the key strategic priorities for this role and the organisation. Delivering the 7 dimensions of the locality vision You will work in a way that ensures the approach to Corporate Partnerships is embedded as a key enabler to support the locality leaders in their role of making the 7 Dimension model an active vision within localities and across portfolios (see section below for details of 7 Dimension model). To do this you will adopt and exhibit an approach and working style that is directly in alignment with our commitment to engagement as a route to delivering our shared vision and mission. 3 Approach You will be a natural collaborator as it is vital that the Corporate Partnerships team works in cohesion with each other, you will be instrumental in the success of our partnerships by having a dynamic approach to support colleagues with all partnerships to achieve our shared goals. You will be a process fanatic with meticulous attention to detail and strong IT skills. You will be motivated, enthusiastic and possess the ability to pre-empt team needs and potential challenges, as well as the confidence and experience to use your initiative and creativity to solve problems. You will be pioneering and creative in your approach to researching new business and supporting with account management, delivering a high level of effective engagement at all times, both internally and externally. You will have the ability to adapt and have a solution focused outlook on changing environments. You will act as a warm, passionate and engaging point of contact with some of the charity s most valued new and existing supporters, ensuring their supporter journey is always rewarding. You will be an advocate of corporate partnerships and the wider fundraising team, ensuring that you are contributing to the 7 dimension model, the organisation strategy and the fundraising strategy at all times. Specific Fundraising Responsibilities Administration Maintain accurate data on Raiser s Edge (fundraising database) relating to our corporate partnerships and ensure corporate processes are being followed by full team. Produce regular reports on progress for key accounts against agreed objectives and financial targets, with the support of the Corporate Partnerships Manager. Maintaining accurate records (stock levels, budgets, etc.) for merchandise across the Corporate team including supplier negotiation, selection and ordering to ensure we receive best value and service. This will also include fulfilment of merchandise for corporate partners. Support on presentations, pitches, partnership updates and evaluations. Deliver first-class supporter care to all corporate supporters, (includes producing effective communications, and following regular supporter care processes to maintain high standards of service). Respond to enquiries made by phone, post, web and in a professional and timely manner, appropriately acknowledging and recording corporate gifts and communication. Assist with creating and maintaining an archive of case studies, quotes and testimonials for future use.

4 Account Management and collaborative working Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager with the delivery of large national and cross border partnerships including helping to plan and co-ordinate events, communicate activities (phone, and face to face), arrange and distribute materials and monitor activity. With the support and strategic direction of the Corporate Partnerships Manager, help deliver account management of lower-value corporate partnerships ( 10k to 15k) Build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, to aid the Corporate Partnerships Team in the delivery of effective partnerships (i.e. liaise with Events Team, Communications, Community Fundraising, etc. where appropriate, plus build effective relationships with other key contacts within our partner organisations). Work as part of a busy team to achieve agreed fundraising targets from new and existing corporate supporters. Support with the implementation of the corporate partnerships strategy, in line with the overall fundraising strategy. New Business Research prospects and establish leads for potential corporate relationships for the Corporate Partnerships Managers to pursue, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities and ensuring it s sustainability. Support the Corporate Partnerships managers to prepare partnership proposals and creative pitches for new business approaches. Corporate Events Support the Corporate Partnerships Managers and attend meetings with supporters and represent Alzheimer Scotland at our own and third parties events. To work with wider team to help coordinate and run corporate events where necessary. Support our corporate partners and ambassadors in delivering successful in aid of events where necessary. Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager with the recruitment and stewardship of volunteers for corporate fundraising events and activities. Additional responsibilities Carry out any other tasks consistent with the general remit of the post Evening and weekend work will be required on occasion.

You will support and facilitate the Alzheimer Scotland commitment to engagement through effective volunteer voice. Leadership The Corporate Partnerships Co-ordinator will work in close collaboration with peers, and colleagues representing a cross section of all aspects of Alzheimer Scotland, leading by example and exhibiting behaviours in a style that places engagement and collaboration at the heart of delivering the best outcomes for people with dementia and their carers.

6 Person Specification This person specification should be read with the above job description for the post of Corporate Partnerships Co-ordinator. Please note that these competencies are not ranked in order of priority. 7 Flexible in approach Qualifications/Experience Educated to degree level or equivalent Proven experience and knowledge of corporate partnerships. Within the fundraising sector is preferred but not essential. Experience of project management including planning, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on performance and dealing with competing priorities. An understanding of the different types of corporate partnership and the wider fundraising sector Experience of working collaboratively and in partnership with individuals, groups, organisations and stakeholders internally and externally (at all levels including senior management and trustees) Experience of developing and managing a corporate prospect pipeline Knowledge of fundraising best practice, legal requirements and health & safety policies relating to fundraising events Proven experience of developing, testing and evaluating new fundraising ideas.
