2 Mahatma Gandhi University: Mahatma Gandhi University originally the PG Centre of Osmania University is established in the year 1987 to provide academic excellence to remote village students of the backward regions. The PG Centre is upgraded as Mahatma Gandhi University in the year 2007 and is one of the fast growing learning centres in India. Ever since its inception the University offering courses on inter-disciplinary approach and develop them on sustainable line. Through multi-faceted range of programs in Arts, Humanities, Basic-Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce, Business and Engineering & Technology by state-of-the art infrastructure and committed facility. The University has carved a niche for itself in the field of academic learning and research. The University is located in sprawling campus of 250 acres in Yellareddyguda of Nalgonda. Department of Studies: The Department of Studies started offering MBA course in the year 1997 with Two Year Regular Programme with specializations in Marketing, Finance and Human Resource. The faculty comprises of intellectually stimulated academicians having a vast experience in various fields that enables them to impart practical knowledge to the student community. The faculty are in touch with the practicalities and intricacies of business and are constantly striving to transform the students into successful and progressive leaders of the future. The Department takes pride in providing its students with the best of facilities like, an excellent library, state-of-the-art computer laboratory and a well-equipped auditorium. With the objective of catering to the increasing demand for Managerial and entrepreneurial excellence, the department offers a number of programmes, moulding the students for the challenges of tomorrow. Five Year Integrated Programme (MBA- Integrated) About the Seminar: Globalization has proliferated business with numerous challenges and opportunities, and simultaneously at other end the growth in economy, population, income and standard of living has redefined the scope of business and thus the business houses approaches. A highly competitive environment, knowledgeable consumers and quicker pace of technology are keeping business enterprises to be on their toes. Today Human Resource and its concepts have become key for survival of any business entity. The unique cultural characteristics, tradition and dynamics of employee, demand an innovative human resource management strategy to achieve success. Effective Human Resource has become an increasingly vitalingredient for business success and it profoundly affectsthe business houses. The unprecedented economic upheavals on a global scale have made it even clearer that all managers should be able to deal effectively with HR issues. Steadily, HR has evolved with changing global scenarios and expectations. HR is expected to lead in creating the vision for the organization, and in

The font size should be 10-point with single-line spacing within inset 1.0 cm right & left margin.
