2 Sustainable business For GROUP GHEYS, sustainable entrepreneurship is the pursuit of both a healthy business return and the use of opportunities in all business decisions to make a positive contribution to a better environment and more well-being. We try to create a win-win in our policies and the actions we take for all our stakeholders. In close cooperation with our quality department, we stimulate all our departments to conduct their continuous improvement process according standards as ISO - SQAS - FCA - HACCP - AEO.

3 Commitment and objectives We strive for continuous improvement in our policy by stimulating all stakeholders to implement sustainable business. We continuously try to improve our performance and comply with all applicable legislation. We make our employees aware of the impact of their actions on the environment and of the procedures that can help us to implement sustainable policies.

4 Good Gouvernance We aim to ensure that our activities are conducted in all respects according to ethical, professional and legal standards. We comply with all laws that apply to our activities and try to ensure that stakeholders have confidence in the decision-making and management of the service delivery processes, including the behaviour and professionalism of all employees. All groups and individuals with whom we have a business relationship, are treated in a fair, open and respectful way. Fair competition is based on the quality, values and integrity of the services we provide. We actively search for feedback on performance and encourage customers to provide feedback on our performance. All remarks are analysed, answered and, if appropriate, they will be acted upon.

5 Environment Through continuous improvement and cooperation with our partners, we try to minimize our impact on the environment. By doing the necessary investments, we try to limit our impact on the environment, minimize our waste and economize our energy consumption (by use of inland shipping, ecologically sound engines, CO² measurements, granulate separator, water treatment, green energy,...) Beside acting responsibly in all our activities, we continuously assess our impact on the environment and report our findings to all stakeholders.

6 Human Rights We support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and strive to eliminate discrimination on any ground (race, colour or religion) and to promote equal opportunities within the transport and logistics chain. Contributing to social welfare, we provide donations to a number of foundations and charities.

7 Ethics and ethical conduct We try to provide a clear view on our distribution chain, so we know where the products are coming from and where they are going to. Training will be given to people who are dealing with environmental and social issues which may have an effect on the logistics distribution chain. We find it of the highest importance that our partners adhere to the standards and behaviour in accordance with the requirements of our company. New contracted partners will be assessed on environmental and social level. We are determined to ensure the well-being and working conditions of all employees within the supply chain. We strive to achieve or even exceed the recognized standards. For that, we hold regular meetings with our partners to defend and spread these ideas.
