1 Production Manager Location: Accra Industry: Advertising and Communications Job Term: Full Time Job Reference: RTL1044 A highly organised Production Manager is required to primarily ensure all the operational logistics relating to services offered by agency is set according to plan. You will manage all forms of productions including print and outdoor advertising as well as arrange and monitor media placement. Establish, audition, maintain and manage the database of cast used for production. Build and develop continuous business relationships with clients ensuring all requests, queries and clarifications are responded to swiftly. Devise production campaign strategies, script and concept based on client s request. You will travel within the region as well as overseas when required for business purposes. Successful candidate must have a tertiary level of education in Events Management or relevant professional qualification coupled with two years proven experience of successfully managing production or events. Previous experience in Business Development and/or Client Relationship Management will be an advantage. Ability to manage time well, work long hours, with minimal supervision and within budget is required. A project management qualification will be an advantage. Must be highly organised with have good planning skills to meet deadlines. Be proficient with the usage of Microsoft Office. Excellent research, report writing and presentation skills. Additional requirements include being independent and confident in setting team and production targets. Job Reference: RTL1045 Account Manager An Account Manager with progressive experience within the advertising industry is required to act as a link between clients and the agency team.
