Improves recruiting efficiency by enabling recruiters to manage candidates on their job requisitions from one space Additional details Workday will automatically grant access to the workspace to all users with access to the My Open Job Requisitions and View Job Requisition reports Accessible via global search, configuring on Recruiting worklet or by setting up the new Recruiting Hub feature Although this workspace includes a new user interface it won't impact any of your current workflows This may impact training materials Note: This feature will be automatically available.

The Check-Ins feature was released to Production tenants earlier this month Note: This feature is opt-in and requires some set-up.

30 What is it? 2 Interests A new task and business process that consolidates Career Interests, Job Interests, Travel Preferences, and Relocation Preferences to into one What will it do? Replace the current (distinct) Career Interests, Job Interests, Travel Preferences and Relocation Preferences business processes When is it available? The Interests feature is already available in Preview tenants but will be delivered to Production with Workday 32 on the 9th of March The feature will be opt-in and will require some setup in order to use Note: This feature is opt-in and will require some set-up

31 2 Interests Before and After Before The following are only available as individual tasks and business processes: Career Interests Job Interests Travel Preferences Relocation Preferences After Workday added a new task called, View Interests, that consolidates the four tasks into one new task and business process. Career Interests Job Interests Travel Preferences Relocation Preferences Plus new features which include: Employees are able to add their skill interests Employee can indicate the work locations they would be interested in locating to Administrators can hide section and fields in the task using the Configure Optional Fields feature

33 3 Retirement of the Professional Profile What s happening? The Professional Profile report on the Overview and Career profile groups is being retired What action should be taken? The Worker Profile Summary should be configured instead (if it hasn t already) Note: The retirement of this feature is automatic but configuration is required for the replacement feature
