6 Auditor Maintenance must be included during the Final Submission. For each auditor that participated int eh audit, a brief description of their responsibilities and participation within the action plan must be listed. Auditors that participate in the action plan can use the action plan as their auditor for the year.

7 Final Self Score is automatically calculated based on what you enter the self score as for each milestone Executive Summary must be included during the Final Submission of the Action Plan. As with an audit, it must include the positive areas of the process and any recommendations the auditor(s) has.
