The Corporate Governance and Risk Assurance Training Programme This workshop will enable you to formulate the framework so as to equip your organisation to develop, implement, and mobilise an effective Corporate Governance framework which includes Risk Management, Control Management, Compliance and Internal Audit. Ethics & Anti-bribery for Finance Professionals Fundamental Guide to Accounting Standards / 3 May, 30 August, 1 November / 23 May / June Ethics are the cornerstone of the finance profession. This workshop goes beyond providing a refresher on the principles of ethics, and includes practical and real-life examples to apply the principles. The workshop also includes a segment on anti-bribery principles and examples. Accounting for Deferred Tax and Cash Flow Statement This workshop will enable you to understand the basic deferred tax concepts and apply them to real life issues. In addition, this workshop will give you a different perspective of looking at the cash flow statements and their preparation.
