It has been the largest container ship operator and supply vessel operator in the world since It s employee strength is 1,08,000 with its business spread in more than 135 countries. The Problem Statement The client s expectation from PeopleStrong was to manage the Payroll processing along with the statutory compliance portions with 99% accuracy. All these objectives once achieved were to support the client in two areas: Redefine and enrich the BHR role to play a Business Partner role Centralize domain expertise areas and build capability
