2 BACKGROUND The Government of Inia brought out a revise Centrally Sponsore Scheme for Vocationalisation of Seconary an Higher Seconary Eucation (CSS for VSHSE) by Ministry of HRD to integrate employability eucation into School Eucation in September The scheme is operate within the NSQF (National Skill Qualification Framework), which establishes a system of clear eucational pathways from school to higher eucation while proviing certification of vocational skills. The State Government of Chhattisgarh has been implementing CSS for VSHSE in 391 Schools till as per approval an funing from MHRD. The State Government of Chhattisgarh is keen to outsource the entire Training Delivery in 155 schools, approve by MHRD for ; to NSDC approve Training Partners. The State has approache NSDC with a request to provie a panel of shortliste NSDC approve Training Partners for the roll out from acaemic session. The NSDC approve Training Partners (further to be referre as TP") who will be selecte by a State Level Selection Committee are suppose to take up the following activities: a) Trainer Deployment Provie full time trainer as per the trainer qualification norms prescribe by the PSSCIVE Bhopal. b) Trainer s Salary: The state will pay TPs the salary to be pai to Trainers. c) TP Coorinator Salary - The state will pay TPs the salary to be pai to TP Coorinator. Ensure conuction of internal assessments of stuents on a weekly/ monthly basis as per the assessment pattern set up for the omain. Conuct soft skill training incluing preparing the stuents for work as per the inustry requirement. Inviting an organising guest lectures from omain relate experts working in inustry. The State Government will reimburse the actual expenses to the TPs for the activities that the TPs will unertake for the effective implementation of the scheme. The activities are as follows: Guest Lectures, OJTs, Fiel Visits, Office Expense etc. MD Samagra Shiksha, Chhattisgarh ecision will be final in this regar. The setting up of labs in the schools coul be entruste to the selecte TP by the State Government. 5 WAY FORWARD A list of ELIGIBLE Training Partners shall be prepare base on the eligibility conitions mentione above (chart name: ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS ). Base on evaluation criteria, the eligible Training Partners will be evaluate, an a list of shortliste Training Partners will be prepare epening on the requirements of the sector. In case of Sectors where number of schools is less, Training Partners having expertise in multiple sectors may be preferre consiering operational feasibility ** Through evaluation, number of TPs shortliste will be at a ratio of 1:3 (number of TPs to be selecte: number of TPs to be shortliste). This ratio may alter epening upon the number of eligible TPs showing willingness to participate (applie) / qualification points secure by any TP in the mentione sectors (as specifie below). Total number of shortliste TPs will not excee the count as specifie in the EoI ocument / 10 (In case of number of TPs to be selecte is more than 3), in any sector until an unless any exceptional scenario arises as mentione below ** Through evaluation, TPs are liste in escening orer of marks obtaine by them. In case, as per evaluation criteria, the last shortliste partner obtains the same marks with the next in the list, then more number of TPs may be shortliste Shortliste Training Partners in each sector will be require to make a presentation to the State Government for technical presentations. Final selection of Training Partners will be one by the State Level Selection Committee forme by State Government.
