This 46'6 "x 12' fabricated tainter gate is one of six installed in Phoenix, New York. Together they help regulate the water level in the Erie Canal as well as discharge from several sources feeding the Oswego River. 5 2, 3, and 4. Modern twelve-ton and four-ton coreless induction furnaces produce high quality gray iron, ductile iron and Ni-Resist castings from 400 to 30,000 pounds This twin table CNC vertical milling machine handles assemblies to 125 tons. 3. Large and flexible CNC horizontal milling machines perform complex finish operations. 4. The welding area incorporates a variety of work stations for a broad range of customer needs-including expertise in closely-controlled, high-tolerance custom fabrications.

Welder's stamp assures the traceability of critical welds on fabricated components, All our welders meet AWS and ASME, Section IX qualifications. 3

Bar-code scanner system is able to track the loading of workcenters, and location of all jobs in-house-providing management with "real-timc" access to key production and cost information. 3
