5 Page 5 of 5 Principal Statement of the Contract of Temporary Employment Of Fairwood Holdings Limited This statement sets out the main particulars of the terms and conditions by which FAIRWOOD HOLDINGS LIMITED is employing.. Your employment with us began on You have been employed on a short term basis to cover a temporary increased workload for a maximum period of one month. Your employment with your previous employer does not count as part of your continuous period of employment. You will be required to travel to other locations and sites as the needs of the business dictates. Your pay will be as agreed, paid one week in arrears into your bank account. Your hours of work will be..am to..pm Monday to Thursday and..am to..pm Friday and may be at times decided by your manager to meet the operational needs of the Company. You may be requested from time to time to work longer hours, which will be paid according to the company s production staff handbook. Your holiday entitlement is 25 days excluding public holidays in each calendar year to be taken at times agreed with the company. You are employed as a You may be required to perform other duties from time to time, and it is a condition of your employment that you are prepared to do this. If you are ill or injured i. you must take all reasonable steps to notify the Company of the circumstances and to give an indication when you anticipate returning to work ii. you will be paid during your absence in line with the Production Staff Handbook. The company will give one week s notice, after the aforementioned probationary period, plus one further week for each additional year of employment over one year up to a maximum of 12 weeks for 12 years service.
